	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;El Ayuntamiento&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;en Pleno&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;en sesión de día&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;22-01-2015, en relación al Plan de Ajuste&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;acordó lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;1.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;Visto&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;el contenido&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;del Real Decreto Ley&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;4/2012,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;de 24 de febrero, por el que&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;se&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;determinan las&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;obligaciones&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;de&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;información&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;y procedimientos necesarios&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;para establecer un&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;mecanismo&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;de financiación&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;para el pago&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;a los proveedores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;2.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;Vista la aprobación&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;por&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;el Pleno de la&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;Corporación&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;del Plan&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;de ajuste,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;de fecha&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;30.03.2012.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;3.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;Vista la resolución de&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;30 de abril de&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;2012,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;de la Secretaría&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;de Estado&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;de Administración&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;Públicas,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;de valoración&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;FAVORABLE&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;del Plan de Ajuste&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;remitido&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;por el Ayuntamiento&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;de Santa María del&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;Camí a&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;efectos&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;de&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;concertar operaciones&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;de préstamos a&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;largo&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;plazo&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;a efectos de pago&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;a los proveedores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;4.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;Vista la&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;notificación al ayuntamiento&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;de Santa María&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;del Camí, de fecha 10 de mayo de&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;2012,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;de la Secretaría&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;de Estado&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;de Administraciones&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;Públicas&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;de autorización&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;de endeudamiento&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;a largo&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;plazo&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;por importes de&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;1.077.509,61&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;euros y de&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;120.691,58&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;5.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;Visto que el Ayuntamiento&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;de Santa María&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;del Camí, durante los ejercicios económicos&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;2013 y 2014&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;efectuó&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;cancelaciones&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;voluntarias&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;anticipadas&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;de los&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;capitales&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;pendientes, habiéndose realizado&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;el desembolso&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;totales de los&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;capitales&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;pendientes&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;de amortizar,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;mencionados en el punto&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;3&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;anterior&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;, antes del 31&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;de diciembre de 2014.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;6.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;Visto&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;el plazo de vigencia&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;de los Planes&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;de ajuste,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;que de acuerdo con&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;la descripción&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;del Ministerio de Hacienda&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;y Administraciones Públicas&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;relativo&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;a la tipología&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;del Plan&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;de Ajuste,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;fija que&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;el plazo máximo&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;de vigencia&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;es de 10&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;años&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;(hasta&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;el año 2022) o hasta el&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;cumplimiento&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;del plazo de&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;cancelación,&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;es&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;decir, cuando&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;se efectúe&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;la amortización&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;definitiva&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;de la operación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;Por todo ello,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;se&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;formulan&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;PRIMERO.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;Dejar sin efecto&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;el Plan de Ajuste&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;del Ayuntamiento&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;de Santa María&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;del Camí&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;aprobado para los&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;ejercicios económicos&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;desde 2012 hasta 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;SEGUNDO. Hacer&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;pública la&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;finalización de la vigencia&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;del Plan de Ajuste&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;de los&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;ejercicios&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;económicos&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;2012-2022, mediante inserción del anuncio&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;TERCERO. Remitir&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;copia de este&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;acuerdo&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;al Ministerio de Hacienda&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;y Administraciones Públicas,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;así como efectuar&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;su&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;remisión&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;telemática mediante&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;la Oficina Virtual&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;para la Coordinación&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;financiera&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;con&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;las&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;entidades locales, a&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;través del aplicativo&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;abierto a&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;efectos de&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;seguimiento&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;trimestral de los&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;planes&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;de ajustes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
