	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Hechos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;1. El 16 de enero de 1998 se celebró un contrato de arrendamiento, por un plazo de diez años, con la entidad propietaria “CONSTANTE INVERSIONES SA” con CIF núm. A-08319253, como parte arrendadora; y la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, como parte arrendataria. Este contrato fue prorrogado hasta el 15 de enero de 2013 y posteriormente se prorrogó del 16 de enero de 2013 hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2014.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;2. El 14 de diciembre de 2012, el Consejero de Administraciones Públicas firmó la Resolución por la que se autorizó la modificación de la cláusula octava del contrato con la siguiente redacción:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;“&lt;em&gt;Octava: Transcurrido el plazo inicial, el contrato de arrendamiento se podrá prorrogar tácitamente por períodos de dos años, o por el periodo acordado, si no hay un preaviso en sentido contrario comunicado por cualquiera de las dos partes firmantes del contrato con tres meses de antelación al vencimiento de las prórrogas&lt;/em&gt;”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;3. La referencia del Registro de la Propiedad de este local es la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;- Local 16 2ª planta: Finca registral núm. 65943, inscrita en el Registro de la Propiedad de Palma, en el tomo 3.673, libro 1.123, folio 202.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;4. El 17 de diciembre el Consejero de Hacienda y Presupuestos firmó una Resolución de modificación del objeto del contrato inicial, eliminando el arrendamiento anexo de los aparcamientos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;5. &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;El día 1&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;de diciembre de 2014&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;tuvo entrada&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;en&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;esta&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;Dirección General&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;un oficio de la&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;Jefa del Servicio&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;de Gestión Económica,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;con&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;la documentación relativa&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;a la prórroga&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;tácita&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;del arrendamiento de los&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;referidos&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;locales&lt;/span&gt;, por el período &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;comprendido&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;entre el día&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;1 de enero&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;de 2015&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;hasta el 31&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;de diciembre de&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;2016 y&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;que&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;se detalla&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"&gt;a continuación&lt;/span&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

El Decreto 6/2013, de 2 de mayo, del Presidente de las Illes Balears, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 60 ext., de 2 de mayo).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;5. El Decreto 7/2013, de 2 de mayo, del Presidente de las Illes Balears, por el cual se dispone el nombramiento de miembros del Gobierno de las Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 60 ext., de 2 de mayo).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;6. El Decreto 15/2013, de 7 de junio, del Presidente de las Illes Balears, por el cual se modifica el Decreto 6/2013, de 2 de mayo, del Presidente de las Illes Balears, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 82, de 8 de junio).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;7. El Decreto 35/2013, de 21 de junio, por el que se dispone el nombramiento del Director General del Tesoro, Política Financiera y Patrimonio de la Consejería de Hacienda y Presupuestos del Gobierno de las Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 88, de 22 de junio).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;8. El contrato principal, celebrado el día 16 de enero de 1998, en especial su cláusula octava.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Anotar en el Inventario General de Bienes y Derechos de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears la prórroga tácita del contrato de arrendamiento del local 16 de la 2ª planta, ubicado en el Edificio Orisba en la calle de Alfons El Magnànim núm. 29 de Palma, a contar desde el 1 de enero de 2015 hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2016, por una renta anual de 13.474,92 €, incluido el 21% de IVA, que harán un total de gasto de 26.949,84 €, que irán a cargo de la partida presupuestaria 13101.421A01.20200.00, siempre que haya crédito adecuado y suficiente en los presupuestos generales de la Comunidad Autónoma, con el objetivo de poder seguir siendo utilizado para ubicar dependencias de la sede de la Consejería.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;2. Notificar esta Resolución a la Consejería de Educación, Cultura y Universidades, sin perjuicio de que se tenga que tramitar el correspondiente procedimiento económico financiero y llevar a publicar en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; las características principales de esta prórroga.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
