	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Juez: D. Fernando Romero Medel&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Palma de Mallorca, a 3 de diciembre de 2014.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="text-align: center;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;FALLO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. ESTIMAR la demanda&lt;/strong&gt; interpuesta por la procuradora Dª. Monserrat Montane Ponce, en representación de la entidad IMPRENTA BAHIA S.L. UNIPERSONAL contra el administrador social de la entidad EDICIONES Y PUBLICACIONES MALLORCA ON THE MOVE MAGAZINE S.L., D. ROMAN MICHAEL JONES, y en consecuencia: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. CONDENO&lt;/strong&gt; al demandado, D. ROMAN MICHAEL JONES, en situación de rebeldía procesal, a que abone a la parte actora la cantidad global de CUARENTA MIL SEISCIENTOS ONCE EUROS CON SESENTA CÉNTIMOS (40.611’60), como responsable solidario de la deuda que EDICIONES Y PUBLICACIONES MALLORCA ON THE MOVE MAGAZINE S.L. mantiene con la entidad actora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.- CONDENO&lt;/strong&gt; al demandado a que satisfaga al actor los intereses a los que se refiere el fundamento cuarto de esta resolución, así como las costas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Notifíquese a las partes y hágales saber que contra la misma CABE RECURSO DE APELACION, en ambos efectos, que conforme al artículo 458 de la LEC (tras su redacción por la LEY 37/2011 DE 10 DE OCTUBRE, “DE MEDIDAS DE AGILIZACIÓN PROCESAL” que entró en vigor el 2 de noviembre de 2011 conforme indica su Disposición Final Tercera -a los 20 días de su publicación en el BOE nº 245, de 11 de octubre de 2011-, y en consonancia con su Transitoria Única), SE PRESENTARÁ DIRECTAMENTE ANTE ESTE JUZGADO EN EL PLAZO DE VEINTE DIAS contados a partir del siguiente a la notificación de la presente resolución (SIN LA “PREPARACIÓN PREVIA” del artículo 457, NORMATIVA DEROGADA), en el que se deberá exponer las alegaciones en que basen la impugnación, además de citar la resolución apelada y los pronunciamientos que impugnan,&amp;nbsp; para su posterior sustanciación ante la Ilma. Audiencia Provincial de Baleares. Para su interposición será necesario acompañar el resguardo de 50 euros exigido por la Disposición Adicional 15ª de la LO 1/2009 de 3 de noviembre, sin cuyo requisito no se le dará trámite.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Así lo acuerda, manda y firma D. Fernando Romero Medel, juez de refuerzo del Juzgado de lo Mercantil nº 2 de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Líbrese y únase certificación de esta resolución a las actuaciones, con inclusión del original en el Libro de Sentencias.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Y como consecuencia del ignorado paradero de DON ROMAN MICHAEL JONES, se extiende la presente para que sirva de cédula de notificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
