es 1140 CAIB text/html 2015-01-15 1283 2015-01-15 556558 CAIB 268 ![CDATA[<p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">En fecha 30 de diciembre de 2014, la presidenta del IMAS ha dictado la resolución siguiente:</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">"Concesión de las ayudas económicas a entidades y empresas que contraten personas que tengan la condición de titular de la renta mínima de inserción en Mallorca del Área de Inclusión Social del Instituto Mallorquín de Asuntos Sociales para el año 2014</span></p> <p class="western" style="font-weight: normal"> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">(...)</span></p> <p class="western" style="font-weight: normal"> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">Por todo ello,</span></p> <p class="western" style="font-weight: normal; text-align: center;"> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><strong>RESUELVO</strong></span></p> <p class="western" style="font-weight: normal;"> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><strong>Primero.</strong> Excluir las solicitudes presentadas por Marathon Store, SL, Centro Deportivo Son Valentí, SLU, Northotels, SL, y Paco Llabrés, SL, por no haber subsanado la documentación requerida en tiempo y forma.</span></p> <p class="western" lang="ca-ES" style="font-weight: normal"> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><span lang="es-ES"><span style="font-weight: normal;"><strong>Segundo</strong>. Excluir la solicitud presentada por Deixalles Servicios Ambientales, EI. padding: 0cm 0.1cm 0.1cm; width: 57px;" width="74"> <p class="western" lang="ca-ES" style="font-weight: normal; text-align: right;"> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:10px;">2.832,39 €</span></p> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <p class="western" style="font-weight: normal"> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><strong>Cuarto. </strong>Cancelar el documento contable A 920140053934 por la diferencia.</span></p> <p class="western" style="font-weight: normal"> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><strong>Quinto.</strong> Ordenar la publicación de esta resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.</span></p> <p class="western" style="font-weight: normal"> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><strong>Sexto.</strong> Notificar esta resolución a los interesados, en la Sección de Prestaciones del Área de Inclusión Social, el Servicio de Gestión Económica ya la Intervención Delegada.</span></p> <p class="western" style="font-weight: normal"> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">Esta resolución no pone fin a la vía administrativa y contra ella se puede interponer, de acuerdo con el artículo 27.1 de los Estatutos del Instituto Mallorquín de Asuntos Sociales, aprobados por el Pleno del Consejo de Mallorca en fecha 9 de febrero de 2012 (BOIB núm. 28 de 21/02/2012), en relación con el artículo 14.4 de la Ley de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común, recurso de alzada ante el Consejo Ejecutivo del Consejo de Mallorca, en el plazo de un mes, contado a partir del día siguiente al de la notificación de la presente resolución.</span></p> <p class="western" style="font-weight: normal"> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">Contra la desestimación expresa del recurso de alzada podrá interponerse recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo, en el plazo de dos meses, contados a partir del día siguiente al de la notificación de la desestimación del mencionado recurso.</span></p> <p class="western" style="font-weight: normal"> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">Contra la desestimación por silencio del recurso de alzada podrá interponerse recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo, en el plazo de seis meses, contados a partir del día siguiente a la desestimación presunta (tres meses desde la interposición del recurso sin que se haya notificado la resolución).</span></p> <p class="western" style="font-weight: normal"> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">No obstante lo anterior, se puede ejercitar, en su caso, cualquier otro recurso que se estime pertinente. Todo ello de conformidad con la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, Reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contencioso Administrativa, y de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común.
