	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;El Reglamento de organización, funcionamiento y régimen jurídico de las entidades locales dispone que las comunicaciones que se dirigen a las autoridades tienen que ir firmadas por el presidente y las que den traslado de acuerdos o resoluciones del presidente, por el responsable de la Secretaría.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;En aplicación de esta normativa, la secretaria delegada del IMAS tiene que firmar todas las notificaciones de todas las resoluciones que genera esta institución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Las unidades administrativas del IMAS generan un volumen de resoluciones muy elevado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;La secretaria delegada del IMAS ha hecho una propuesta de delegación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Por todo eso, resuelvo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;1. Delegar la firma de las notificaciones de las resoluciones que dicte la Presidencia del Instituto Mallorquí d'Afers Socials en las personas que ocupen los lugares de trabajo que se relacionan o que hagan sus funciones, con efectos de día 1 de enero de 2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

En caso de ausencia por incapacidad laboral o por vacaciones de las personas que ocupen estos lugares de trabajo o hagan las funciones, firmará la secretaria delegada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;3. En las notificaciones se hará constar que se firman por delegación y se hará constar la fecha de publicación de la resolución en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
