	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Mediante el presente edicto, el cual se realiza también, mediante anuncio en el tablón de edictos del Ayuntamiento de acuerdo con lo establecido en el art. 11 del RD 320/1994, de 25 de febrero, y de acuerdo con lo previsto en los artículos 59.4), 59.5) y 59.6) de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común, modificada por la Lley 4/1999, de 13 de enero, atendiendo que no ha sido posible notificarlo personalmente a los interesados por haber resultado infructuosos los intentos de notificación personal, se notifica que por el Sr. Alcalde, asistido por la Junta de Gobierno Local, debido a su supuesto abandono y de acuerdo con lo previsto en los artículos 86 de la Ley 18/2009, de 23 de noviembre y 3.b) de la Ley 10/1998 de 21 de abril de Residuos, se ha dictado &lt;strong&gt;Resolución de declaración de residuo urbano&lt;/strong&gt; de los siguientes vehículos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;RECURSOS &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Contra la presente resolución, que pone fin a la vía administrativa, se podrán interponer, alternativamente, los siguientes recursos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 18pt;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;a) Recurso de reposición, con carácter POTESTATIVO, a interponer ante el mismo órgano que ha dictado la presente resolución. Este recurso se podrá interponer en el plazo de un MES, contado a partir del día siguiente al de la publicación de la presente notificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Contra la desestimación expresa del recurso de reposición podrá interponerse recurso contencioso administrativo, en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente a su notificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Contra la desestimación por silencio del recurso de reposición podrá interponerse recurso contencioso administrativo en el plazo de seis meses contadores a partir del día siguiente a su desestimación presunta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;En ningún caso no se podrá interponer recurso contencioso administrativo hasta que no se haya resuelto expresamente o no se haya producido la desestimación presunta del recurso de reposición interpuesto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 18pt;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;b) Recurso contencioso administrativo ante el correspondiente juzgado de lo contencioso administrativo, en el plazo de DOS MESES contados desde el día siguiente a la notificación de la resolución, de conformidad con lo que dispone la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, que regula la jurisdicción contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Todo lo anterior es sin perjuicio que se puedan utilizar todos cuantos recursos alternativos se estimen procedentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Así mismo cabe indicar que la interposición de los recursos pertinentes no suspende la eficacia de la resolución impugnada ni interrumpe los plazos que se puedan derivar, a no ser que así lo acuerde expresamente la autoridad competente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
