MARIA DEL CARMEN ECHENIQUE GONZALEZ, Dña. MARIA IGNACIA ANSALDO NAVASQUES y Dña. MARIA OLGA SIERRA MAYORDOMO frente a FONDO DE GARANTIA SALARIAL y PIEL INTERNACIONAL SA sobre Ejecución forzosa se ha dictado la siguiente resolución :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Acuerdo despachar orden general de ejecución del título indicado a favor de ejecutante Dña. MARIA OLGA SIERRA IWAYORDOMO, Dña. IMLARIA DEL CARMEN ECHENIQUE GONZALEZ y Dña. MARIA IGNACIA ANSALDO NA VASQUES frente a , PIEL INTERNACIONAL SA .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="text-align: center;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DILIGENCIA DE ORDENACIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin:0px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;En Madrid, a veintitrés de junio de dos mil catorce&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Vistos los anteriores escritos únanse a los autos de su razón y dese traslado de copia a las otras partes afectadas. Se tiene por solicitada la ejecución de la obligación de readmitir impuesta, en sentencias dictadas por este juzgado y por el Tribunal Superior de Justicia, a la empresa PIEL INTERNACIONAL SA en favor de los demandantes Dña. MARIA OLGA SIERRA MAY ORDOMO, Dña. MARIA DEL CARMEN ECHENIQUE GONZALEZ y Dña. MARIA IGNACIA ANSALDO NAVASQUES y, previo a su resolución, se acuerda oír a las partes en comparecencia, que se celebrará en este Juzgado de lo Social, sito en C/ Princesa, 3 - 28008, el día 06/10/2014, u las 09:1 5 horas, que solo versará sobre la falta de readmisión en debida forma que se ha alegado, a la que deberán acudir con todos los medios de prueba de que intenten valerse en orden a esa cuestión. Cítese a todas las partes , así como al Administrador Concursal de Piel Internacional SA Don FERNANDO MORELL POU Y A F OGASA en legal forma a tal fin, quedando advertidas de que si no acudiese la parte demandante (por sí o debidamente representada), se la tendrá por desistida de su petición, en tanto que si el ausente fuese el empresario (por si o legalmente representado), el acto se celebrará sin su presencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Y para que sirva de NOTIFICACIÓN EN LEGAL FORMA a PIEL INTERNACIONAL SA , en ignorado paradero, expido el presente para su inserción en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Se advierte al destinatario que las siguientes comunicaciones se harán fijando copia de la resolución o de la cédula en la oficina judicial, por el medio establecido al efecto ,salvo las que revistan la forma de auto, sentencia o decretos que pongan fin al procedimiento o resuelvan un incidente o se trate de emplazamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
