Esta Resolución de Presidencia &nbsp;fue ratificada&nbsp; por el Pleno del Consell de Formentera en sesión ordinaria celebrada el <span style="color: rgb(33, 33, 33);">29 de mayo de 2014</span><span style="color: rgb(89, 89, 89);">. </span><span style="color: rgb(33, 33, 33);">El tenor literal de la Resolución de P</span><span style="color: rgb(33, 33, 33);">residencia</span> <span style="color: rgb(33, 33, 33);">de 5 de mayo de 2014 es el siguiente:</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><span style="color: rgb(33, 33, 33);">"RENOVACIÓN DE LOS REPRESENTANTES (TITULAR Y SUPLENTE) DEL COLEGIO OFICIAL DE ARQUITECTOS DE &nbsp;LAS &nbsp;ISLAS BALEARES (COAIB) &nbsp;A &nbsp;LA &nbsp;COMISIÓN TÉCNICA ASESORA DE URBANISMO, ORDENACIÓN DEL TERRITORIO, PATRIMONIO HISTÓRICO Y &nbsp;ACTIVIDADES DEL CONSELL INSULAR DE FORMENTERA (CTA).</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><span style="color: rgb(33, 33, 33);">Visto el escrito de fecha de entrada en este Consell el 29 de abril de 2014 (RGE núm. 12182)</span><span style="color: rgb(68, 68, 68);">, &nbsp;</span><span style="color: rgb(33, 33, 33);">mediante el cual la Demarcación de Ibiza y Formentera del COLEGIO OFICIAL DE ARQUITECTOS DE LAS ISLAS BALEARES </span>comunica una nueva designación de representantes (titular y &nbsp;suplente) de su entidad en la CTA.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><span style="color: rgb(33, 33, 33);">Visto que la CTA es un órgano de carácter permanente, deliberante</span> <span style="color: rgb(33, 33, 33);">y </span><span style="color: rgb(33, 33, 33);">consultivo destinado a asegurar la coordinación administrativa y la participación social en todas las materias relacionadas </span>con el urbanismo y la ordenación del territorio<span style="color: rgb(68, 68, 68);">, </span><span style="color: rgb(33, 33, 33);">el patrimonio histórico y las actividades</span><span style="color: rgb(89, 89, 89);">. </span><span style="color: rgb(33, 33, 33);">Sus dictámenes tienen carácter previo </span><span style="color: rgb(68, 68, 68);">y </span><span style="color: rgb(33, 33, 33);">preceptiv</span><span style="color: rgb(33, 33, 33);">o</span><span style="color: rgb(89, 89, 89);">,</span> <span style="color: rgb(33, 33, 33);">salvo casos de urgánc</span><span style="color: rgb(68, 68, 68);">i</span><span style="color: rgb(33, 33, 33);">a</span> <span style="color: rgb(33, 33, 33);">apreciados motivadamente por el órgano competente para resolve</span><span style="color: rgb(68, 68, 68);">r</span><span style="color: rgb(112, 112, 112);">, </span><span style="color: rgb(33, 33, 33);">en los style="color: rgb(89, 89, 89);">, </span><span style="color: rgb(33, 33, 33);">la CTA</span> <span style="color: rgb(33, 33, 33);">actúa como órgano para el estudio</span><span style="color: rgb(68, 68, 68);">, </span><span style="color: rgb(33, 33, 33);">informe y propuesta en los asuntos de las materias mencionadas en su denom</span><span style="color: rgb(68, 68, 68);">i</span><span style="color: rgb(33, 33, 33);">nación</span> <span style="color: rgb(33, 33, 33);">que sean competencia del Pleno</span><span style="color: rgb(68, 68, 68);">, </span><span style="color: rgb(33, 33, style="color: rgb(33, 33, 33);">constituyó la CTA como órgano de carácter permanente</span><span style="color: rgb(68, 68, 68);">, </span><span style="color: rgb(33, 33, 33);">deliberativo y consultivo de los órganos decisorios del Consell tras la aprobación definitiva del Reglamento Orgánico del Consell (ROC- BOIB núm. 61 de 22 de abril de 201</span>0<span style="color: rgb(68, 68,
