	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Felanitx, a través del servicio de participación ciudadana, en cumplimiento de los principios de publicidad, concurrencia y objetividad en la concesión de subvenciones, convoca a las entidades y asociaciones sin ánimo de lucro para que soliciten las ayudas económicas, de acuerdo con las Bases siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;Primera. - Objeto de la Convocatoria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;Esta convocatoria se realiza con la finalidad de regular la concesión de subvenciones económicas que concederá el Ayuntamiento de Felanitx durante el año 2014 destinadas a las asociaciones sin ánimo de lucro, ubicadas en el municipio de Felanitx, que ejercen actividades que promueven la participación ciudadana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;Son actividades o conceptos subvencionables las actividades sociales tal como proyectos, cursos, talleres que realicen las asociaciones de vecinos u otros que promuevan la participación ciudadana, del término municipal de Felanitx y su objetivo debe ser mejorar la calidad de vida y las relaciones vecinales y potenciar el desarrollo de las personas y de los diferentes núcleos de población del término municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;Esta convocatoria se regirá por lo establecido en el Reglamento General de Subvenciones aprobado por el Pleno de fecha 9 de febrero de 2007, las Bases de Ejecución del Presupuesto General de esta Corporación, y en lo no previsto en ésta, se aplicará supletoriamente la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;Segunda. - Destinatarios de la convocatoria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;Esta convocatoria está dirigida a aquellas asociaciones de vecinos, o que promuevan la participación ciudadana, legalmente constituidas, inscritas en el Registro Municipal de Asociaciones del Ayuntamiento de Felanitx y con domicilio social en el municipio de Felanitx.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;No podrán obtener la condición de beneficiarios de las subvenciones, las personas o entidades que se encuentren en cualquiera de las situaciones que se indican en el artículo 13.2 Ley 38/2003. En particular cabe destacar el hecho de no encontrarse al corriente de pago de las deudas con el Ayuntamiento y del pago de las obligaciones derivadas del reintegro de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;Tercera. - Dotación presupuestaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;El crédito asignado a la presente convocatoria es de NUEVE MIL EUROS (€ 9.000,00) a cargo de la aplicación presupuestaria 9240.489000 del vigente Presupuesto General.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;Excepcionalmente, y de conformidad a las reglas contenidas en el apartado 2 del artículo 58 del Real Decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, esta cuantía máxima podrá ser incrementada en una cuantía adicional a la concesión de subvenciones que no requerirá de una nueva convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;Cuarta. - Procedimiento para la concesión de las subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;1. - Criterios objetivos de valoración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal"&gt;
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;1.1. - Para la concesión de estas ayudas, siempre que el solicitante cumpla los requisitos exigidos, haya justificado subvenciones anteriores y no esté incurso en ninguna de las causas de exclusión expresamente previstas en esta convocatoria, se valorará por orden de importancia:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;a) Repercusión social de la actividad a desarrollar 0 a 30 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;b) Número estimado de personas que puedan resultar beneficiarias del programa o actividad 0 a 30 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;c) La continuidad y estabilidad de la actividad propuesta 0 a 10 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;d) Valoración del material a adquirir y su repercusión en la mejora de la cantidad y / o calidad de los servicios y actividades a prestar por la asociación 0 a 10 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;e) Participación en las fiestas del municipio y otras 0 a 30 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;f) Compra material asociación 0 a 10 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;g) Número de actividades 1 punto por actividad hasta un máximo de 5 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;

		&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;Subvención = Puntos del expediente x valor punto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;1.2. - La cuantía de la subvención no podrá ser igual o superior, aisladamente o en concurrencia con otras ayudas o subvenciones de cualquier procedencia, al coste de la actividad subvencionable. En el caso de que la propuesta de subvención correspondiente a alguno de los proyectos presentados supere la cuantía expresada a su solicitud, se concederá la subvención con el límite de la mencionada solicitud y la cuantía sobrante se repartirá entre el resto de proyectos en proporción a su puntuación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;1.3.-La cuantía de la subvención se determinará basándose en la puntuación obtenida, de acuerdo con los criterios de valoración establecidos en el apartado 4. El importe máximo de cada subvención no podrá exceder los 2.000 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;2. - Presentación de documentos y tramitación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;Las entidades o personas físicas interesadas en obtener estas subvenciones deberán presentar la documentación que a continuación se señala en el Registro General del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;El plazo para la presentación de solicitudes de subvenciones deportivas para 2014 será de un mes (30 días naturales) a contar a partir de la fecha de publicación en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;

&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;c) Que la entidad no tiene pendiente de justificar ninguna subvención fuera de plazo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;d) Que no ha solicitado o recibido cualquier otra subvención para la misma finalidad. En caso de haber solicitado o recibido alguna, hay que indicar la cuantía y la entidad a la que se ha solicitado o de la que se ha recibido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;e) Que se encuentra al corriente de sus obligaciones con las administraciones públicas y en especial con el Ayuntamiento de Felanitx y la Seguridad Social &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;(Anexo III)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;f) Que la entidad peticionaria se encuentra inscrita en el registro municipal de entidades ciudadanas del Ayuntamiento de Felanitx.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;g) Que la suma de los ingresos previstos para el desarrollo de la actividad, incluyendo el importe de la subvención que se solicita, no se supera el coste previsible de la realización de dicha actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;h) Que la persona que suscribe se halla legalmente facultada para representar a la entidad peticionaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;3. - Memoria de las actividades que se pretenden llevar a cabo, con presupuesto de sus ingresos y gastos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt; (Anexo IV)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;Quinta. - Abono de la Subvención&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;El pago se efectuará mediante transferencia bancaria. Todas las cantidades concedidas se ingresarán en una cuenta bancaria a nombre de la entidad indicada en la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;Los beneficiarios deberán aportar, necesariamente, certificado de la entidad financiera por la que deseen que sea abonado el importe de la subvención, en el que figuren los veinte dígitos del Código Cuenta Cliente y en el que se acredite que dicha cuenta corresponde a la Entidad Subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;La entrega de las ayudas que, en su caso, se concedan se realizará una vez presentada la justificación fehaciente de la realización de las actividades y la aplicación de la subvención, mediante la presentación de la documentación a que se refiere el apartado undécimo .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;Sexta. - Obligaciones de los beneficiarios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;Los perceptores de las subvenciones están obligados a:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt;
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;a) Aceptar la subvención. En el caso de que esto no sea posible deberán renunciar expresamente y motivadamente, en el plazo de quince días contados a partir del día siguiente a la notificación de la concesión de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;b) Realizar la actividad o proyecto por el que se conceda la subvención, ajustándose a los términos previstos.&lt;br /&gt;
	c) Someterse a las actuaciones de comprobación y a facilitar la información que se requiera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;d) Dar cuenta de las modificaciones que puedan surgir en la realización del proyecto, justificándolas adecuadamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;e) Comunicar la obtención de subvenciones o ayudas para la misma finalidad, procedentes de otras administraciones, entidades públicas o privadas nacionales o internacionales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;f) Disponer de los libros contables, registros diligenciados y demás documentos debidamente auditados en los términos exigidos por la legislación mercantil y sectorial aplicable al beneficiario en cada caso, y también todos los estados contables y registros específicos que se exijan en las bases reguladoras de la subvención, a fin de garantizar el adecuado ejercicio de las facultades de comprobación y control.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;g) Conservar los documentos justificativos de la aplicación de los fondos recibidos, incluidos los documentos electrónicos, mientras puedan ser objeto de las actuaciones de comprobación y control.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;h) Toda subvención tendrá que hacer constar en la documentación y publicidad impresa que la actividad o proyecto se realiza "con el apoyo del Ayuntamiento de Felanitx" y el anagrama.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;Séptima. - Comisión de Valoración y órgano instructor&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;El Ayuntamiento nombrará el órgano competente para instruir el procedimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;Corresponde al órgano instructor llevar a cabo las actuaciones necesarias para comprobar y determinar los datos en virtud de los cuales deba pronunciarse la resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;La Comisión de Valoración estará integrada por los siguientes miembros:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;"&gt;
		&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;El Concejal Hacienda y economía&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;"&gt;
		&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;El / La Concejal / a Delegada de participación ciudadana&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;"&gt;
		&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;El funcionario nombrado órgano instructor&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;"&gt;
		&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;El Secretario o persona en quien delegue.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;La Comisión de Valoración, tras la comparación de las solicitudes presentadas, de acuerdo con los criterios de valoración establecidos, emitirá un informe en el que se concrete el resultado de la evaluación y la prelación de las solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;La Comisión de Valoración elevará a la Junta de Gobierno Local la propuesta de otorgamiento de las subvenciones para su aprobación definitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;Octava. - Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;1.-La Junta de Gobierno Local, a la vista de la propuesta de la Comisión de Valoración, asignará objetivamente y de forma individual las ayudas, ponderando en todo caso:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt;
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;a) Interés general de la actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;c) Ayudas a aquellas actividades que sin la subvención serían de difícil ejecución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;Las cantidades asignadas serán en función de la ponderación de los criterios que se especifican en la base cuarta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;2. - La resolución de la solicitud se notificará a los interesados ​​siguiendo lo establecido en los artículos 58 y 59 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;3. - El plazo máximo para resolver y notificar la resolución será de tres meses a contar desde el día siguiente a la fecha de finalización del plazo de presentación de solicitudes. Transcurrido dicho plazo sin que haya recaído resolución expresa, las solicitudes se entenderán desestimadas, a los efectos de interponer los recursos administrativos o de otra naturaleza que correspondan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;4. - Dicho Acuerdo agota la vía administrativa y frente a ella podrá interponerse potestativamente recurso de reposición ante el mismo órgano que resolvió, en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente de su notificación, o ser impugnada directamente ante la Sala-Administrativo correspondiente del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Islas Baleares, en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente de su notificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;Novena. - Justificación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;La justificación de los gastos correspondientes a las subvenciones otorgadas, deberá realizarse por los beneficiarios, con anterioridad al 15 de Noviembre de 2014.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;En todo caso, la no justificación del total de la cuantía subvencionada antes del 15 de noviembre de 2014, implicará la procedencia del reintegro de las cantidades que corresponda, sin perjuicio de las acciones que resultaran procedentes en el orden sancionador de acuerdo con lo establece la ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;Décima. - Forma de justificación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;Para la justificación de la subvención se deberá aportar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;a) Memoria final detallada del proyecto desarrollado objeto de la subvención, que describa los objetivos y resultados conseguidos, que incluya declaración de actividades realizadas con descripción de aquellas que han sido financiadas con la subvención de referencia y su coste, así como aquellas que hayan sido financiadas con fondos propios u otras subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;b) Cuenta justificativa simplificada al que alude el Real Decreto 887/2006, de desarrollo de la Ley 38/2003, incluyendo una relación de ingresos y gastos generados de cada una de ellas de acuerdo con lo presentado en el proyecto inicial, en caso de que la subvención sea otorgada para cubrir un déficit en la actividad, la liquidación económica deberá hacer constar todos los gastos e ingresos de la Entidad para que se pueda comprobar fehacientemente el resultado de déficit objeto de la subvención. Esta cuenta justificativa debe firmarse por el representante legal de la entidad. (Anexo V)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;c) Presentación de original y copia de todas las facturas y / o justificantes acreditativos del gasto concreto por el que se solicita la subvención. En caso de que la subvención sea solicitada para cubrir un déficit en la actividad que se desarrolla, se deberán presentar facturas y / o justificantes por un importe que como mínimo cubran el importe de la subvención concedida. La fecha de emisión deberá corresponder al año 2014.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;Las copias compulsadas se quedarán en el archivo de la entidad concedente y los originales sellados, custodiados por la entidad beneficiaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;Las facturas deberán cumplir todos los requisitos legales vigentes: CIF, IVA, núm. Orden de la factura, fecha, detalle del gasto, de forma tal que quede bien claro que el gasto detallado en la factura corresponde a la actividad para la que se ha concedido la subvención. En el caso de que una factura no especifique en su concepto que el gasto corresponde a la actividad subvencionada, deberá ser certificada por el representante legal de la entidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;Undécima. - Régimen Jurídico&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;En lo no previsto en la presente convocatoria se aplicará la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común los preceptos básicos de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, su Reglamento de desarrollo aprobado por RD 887/2006, de 21 de julio, y el Reglamento General de Subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Felanitx.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent;"&gt;Duodécima. - Anexos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
