11812 2014-07-03 30937 1090 ![CDATA[<p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">Visto que se desconoce el domicilio o ha sido imposible contactar vía correos con la personas interesadas y de acuerdo con lo que establece el artículo 59.4 de la Ley 4/1999, de modificación de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, del régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común, se comunica a las personas que se relacionan en el anexo adjunto que en fecha 9/6/2014 se dictó la propuesta de resolución del expediente que se instruye por presunta infracción de la normativa de transportes vigente que se relaciona en el annexo adjunto y que se encuentra a su disposición en el departamento de Movilidad y Proyectos del Consell Insular de Menorca, Pl. de la Biosfera, 5, 07703 – Maó, haciendo constar que: </span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">La propuesta de resolución anterior es un acto de trámite no decisorio y, por lo tanto, no se puede interponer recurso.
