&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Que en el procedimiento EJECUCION DE TITULOS JUDICIALES 0000042/2012 de este Juzgado de lo Social, seguido a instancia de D/Dª JAVIER CONESA CALATAYUD contra BINIFRIMA SL&amp;nbsp; sobre ORDINARIO, se ha dictado DECRETO de fecha 06.06.2014 cuya parte dispositiva es del siguiente tenor literal:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="text-align: center;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;“PARTE DISPOSITIVA&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Acuerdo:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;a) &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Declarar a la ejecutada, &lt;strong&gt;BINIFRIMA SL&lt;/strong&gt;, en situación de &lt;strong&gt;INSOLVENCIA&lt;/strong&gt; por importe de &lt;strong&gt;9.009,02 euros&lt;/strong&gt; en concepto de principal, más 1.441,44 euros de intereses y costas fijados provisionalmente, insolvencia que se entenderá a todos los efectos como provisional.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; Archivar las actuaciones previa anotación en el Libro correspondiente, sin perjuicio de reaperturar la ejecución, si en lo sucesivo se conocen nuevos bienes del ejecutado.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;c) Procédase a su inscripción en el registro correspondiente.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Notifíquese a las partes, haciéndoles saber que en aplicación del mandato contenido en el artículo 53.2 de la LJS, en el primer escrito o comparecencia ante el órgano judicial, las partes o interesados, y en su caso los profesionales designados, señalarán un domicilio y datos completos para la práctica de actos de comunicación. El domicilio y los datos de localización facilitados con tal fin, &lt;strong&gt;surtirán plenos efectos y las notificaciones en ellos intentadas sin efecto serán válidas&lt;/strong&gt; hasta tanto no sean facilitados otros datos alternativos, siendo &lt;strong&gt;carga procesal de las partes&lt;/strong&gt; y de sus representantes &lt;strong&gt;mantenerlos actualizados&lt;/strong&gt;. Asimismo deberán comunicar los cambios relativos a su número de teléfono, fax, dirección electrónica o similares, siempre que estos últimos estén siendo utilizados como instrumentos de comunicación con el Tribunal.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;MODO DE IMPUGNACIÓN:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; Contra la presente resolución cabe recurso directo de revisión que deberá interponerse ante quien dicta la resolución en el plazo de &lt;strong&gt;TRES DÍAS &lt;/strong&gt;hábiles siguientes a la notificación de la misma con expresión de la infracción cometida en la misma a juicio del recurrente, art. 188 LJS. El recurrente que no tenga la condición de trabajador o beneficiario de régimen público de la Seguridad Social deberá hacer un depósito para recurrir de 25 euros, en la cuenta nº 4265 0000 36 0042 12 en el BANCO SANTANDER debiendo indicar en el campo concepto, "recurso" seguida del código "31 Social-Revisión de resoluciones Secretario Judicial". Si el ingreso se hace mediante transferencia bancaria deberá incluir tras la cuenta referida, separados por un espacio con la indicación "recurso" seguida del "31 Social-Revisión de resoluciones Secretario Judicial". Si efectuare diversos pagos en la misma cuenta deberá especificar un ingreso por cada concepto, incluso si obedecen a otros recursos de la misma o distinta clase indicando en el campo de observaciones la fecha de la resolución recurrida utilizando el formato dd/mm/aaaa. Quedan exentos de su abono en todo caso, el Ministerio Fiscal, el Estado, las Comunidades Autónomas, las Entidades locales y los Organismos Autónomos dependientes de ellos.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;EL/LA SECRETARIO/A JUDICIAL”&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Y para que sirva de notificación en legal forma a la ejecutada, BINIFRIMA SL, en ignorado paradero, se expide el presente para su publicación en el Boletín Oficial de Baleares fijación en el Tablón de Anuncios de este Juzgado de lo Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
