	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;En el procedimiento de referencia se ha dictado la resolución del tenor literal siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="text-align: center;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SENTENCIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;En Ibiza, a diez de abril de dos mil catorce.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Vistos por mí, SERGIO GONZÁLEZ MALABIA, Magistrado Juez del Juzgado de Primera Instan­cia número Tres de Ibiza, los precedentes autos, substanciados por los trámites del JUICIO ORDINARIO, registrados con el número 667 del año 2.007, segui­dos a instancia de COMUNIDAD DE PROPIETARIOS QUATROVILLAS, representada por el Procurador de los Tribunales Sr. Marí Abellán y asistida del Letrado Sra. Carmen Ferrer Camacho, contra GUVIYU, SL, declarada en situación procesal de rebeldía, contra JOSE ANTONIO ZORNOZA TUR, representado por el Procurador de los Tribunales Sra. Tur Pereyro y asistido del Letrado Sr. Roberto Moreno Pividori, y contra JAIME MAURI HERNÁNDEZ, representado por el Procurador de los Tribunales Sra. Jiménez Ruiz y asistido del Letrado Sra. Esther Mauri Llano; vengo a resolver con base en los siguientes: .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;ANTECEDENTES DE HECHO FUNDAMENTOS DE DERECHO.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="text-align: center;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;FALLO &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DESESTIMO la demanda&lt;/strong&gt; interpuesta por el Procurador de los Tribunales Sr. Marí Abellán en nombre y representación de COMUNIDAD DE PROPIETARIOS QUATROVILLAS contra GUVIYU, SL, JOSE ANTONIO ZORNOZA TUR y JAIME MAURI HERNÁNDEZ, con condena en costas a la parte actora.- Notifíquese la presente sentencia a las partes, contra la que cabe formular recurso de apelación conforme a lo previsto por el artículo 455 LEC, a interponer con arreglo a lo dispuesto en los artículos 458 y ss. LEC, previa consignación del depósito preceptivo para recurrir en la cuenta de consignaciones de este Juzgado.- Así por esta mi Sentencia lo pronuncio, mando y firmo.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Y como consecuencia del ignorado paradero de GUVIYU S.L., se extiende la presente para que sirva de cédula de notificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;En EIVISSA, a once de Abril de dos mil catorce.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;LA SECRETARIA JUDICAL.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
