	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;De acuerdo con los artículos 57.2 y 59.5 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común, y dado que se desconoce el domicilio actual de la persona interesada o no ha podido ser localizada, se le notifica la resolución de apertura del trámite de audiencia en el procedimiento de revocación parcial de subvención concedida para fomentar la contratación de personas discapacitadas (convocatoria regulada por la Resolución del vicepresidente económico, de Promoción Empresarial y de Ocupación de 30 de julio de 2012, BOIB núm. 115, de 9 de agosto), en relación con el expediente que se indica más abajo, para que en el plazo de diez días, desde el día siguiente a la publicación del presente anuncio en el BOIB, formule las alegaciones y presente los documentos y justificantes que considere oportunos ante la Dirección General de Trabajo y Salud Laboral (plaza de Son Castelló, 1, 07009 Palma, tel. 971 17 63 00).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
