&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Anuncio de notificación de resolución de inicio de expediente sancionador por infracción en materia de actividades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;DAS 2013/0023&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;En aplicación del artículo 59.5 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común, por no tener conocimiento del lugar de notificación y, por tanto, no haberse podido notificar a través del servicio de correos el decreto de alcaldía de inicio y propuesta de resolución núm. 5783 de 8 de abril de 2014 correspondiente al expediente sancionador iniciado por infracción en materia de actividades que se indica a continuación, se notifica mediante este anuncio a la persona que se señala seguidamente que se ha dictado la Resolución de inicio del procedimiento sancionador correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;El expediente estará &amp;nbsp;a disposición de la persona interesada en el Servicio de Control de Actividades del Departamento de Actividades y&amp;nbsp; Seguridad de los Establecimientos (Av. Gabriel Alomar núm. 18, 2ª planta, Edificio Avenidas), de lunes a viernes, de 8.30 a 14.00 horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;De conformidad con el Reglamento del procedimiento a seguir por &amp;nbsp;la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma en el ejercicio de la potestad sancionadora, aprobado por el &amp;nbsp;Decreto 14/1994, de 10 de febrero (BOCAIB núm. 21, de 17/2/1994), las personas interesadas disponen de un plazo de quince días hábiles, contados a partir de la publicación de este anuncio, para formular las alegaciones y proponer las pruebas que consideren oportunas. Cabe la posibilidad de resolver el procedimiento sin más trámites si&amp;nbsp; el infractor&amp;nbsp; reconoce voluntariamente&amp;nbsp; su responsabilidad o realiza el pago voluntario en caso de sanción pecuniaria &lt;strong&gt;en la Recaudación municipal, ubicada en la Plaza Santa Eulalia núm. 8 ,1º, de 9.00 a 13.30 horas, de lunes a viernes,&lt;/strong&gt; &amp;nbsp;sin perjuicio, en este último caso, de interponer los recursos&amp;nbsp; procedentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;De otra parte, el artículo 119.4 de la Ley 16/2006, de 17 de octubre, de régimen jurídico de las licencias integradas de actividad de las Illes Balears establece que las sanciones económicas&amp;nbsp; pueden hacerse efectivas&amp;nbsp; en el plazo máximo de 15 días a partir de la notificación del inicio del procedimiento sancionador, con una reducción del 30% sobre la cuantía&amp;nbsp; correspondiente&amp;nbsp;que se haya consignado y, en consecuencia, la persona interesada ha de expresar su conformidad&amp;nbsp; con la infracción constatada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;En el caso de que no formulen alegaciones ni reconozcan la responsabilidad dentro de este plazo, la resolución de inicio&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt; podrá ser considerada la propuesta de resolución del expediente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
