	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font face="LegacySanITCBoo, sans-serif"&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;No habiendo sido posible realizar la notificación de las resoluciones sancionadoras, por infracciones a la Ley 16/87 de ordenación de los transportes terrestres, recaídas contra las personas que se detallan en el anexo en los expedientes que asimismo se indican, se procede, previos dos intentos de notificación mediante carta certificada con acuse de recibo, a su notificación conforme determina el artículo 59.5 de la Ley 30/92 del régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común, haciendo constar:&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify" lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font face="LegacySanITCBoo, sans-serif"&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;1º.- Se consideran cometidos los hechos denunciados, que constituyen infracción a los artículos que en cada caso se determinen, siendo responsables las personas por las cuantías indicadas en el anexo.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify" lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font face="LegacySanITCBoo, sans-serif"&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;2º - &lt;b&gt;El interesado hizo efectiva la sanción en fecha 17/03/2014 de forma voluntaria&lt;/b&gt;, de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 146.3, párrafo 2º de la LOTT, e ingresó el &lt;b&gt;70%&lt;/b&gt; de la sanción inicialmente propuesta, realizando el pago voluntario con un descuento, del &lt;b&gt;30%&lt;/b&gt;.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify" lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font face="LegacySanITCBoo, sans-serif"&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;3º - Que el pago equivale a la finalización del procedimiento, la conformidad con los hechos denunciados y la renuncia a formular alegaciones, por lo cual quedan probados los hechos denunciados.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify" lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font face="LegacySanITCBoo, sans-serif"&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;4º.- Contra la presente resolución, que no agota la vía administrativa, puede (n) interponer recurso de alzada ante el Hble. Sr. Conseller de Agricultura, Medio Ambiente y Territorio de esta Comunidad Autónoma, en el plazo de un mes contado a partir del día siguiente al de su publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, y se entenderá desestimado cuando no se haya resuelto y notificada la resolución en el término de tres meses, a contar del día siguiente a su interposición, quedando en este caso expedita la vía contencioso-administrativa. Ello sin perjuicio de cualquier otro recurso o acción que se estime pertinente. &lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify" lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font face="LegacySanITCBoo, sans-serif"&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;Las personas interesadas pueden comparecer, en la Dirección General de Transportes situada en la calle Eusebio Estada, 28, 1º, de Palma de Mallorca, en el plazo que se establece, para conocer el contenido íntegro del acto mencionado y para que quede constancia de ese conocimiento, de acuerdo con el artículo 61 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
