&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Que en el procedimiento EJECUCION DE TITULOS JUDICIALES 85/2014 de este Juzgado de lo Social, seguidos a instancia de JUAN PRATS TUR, RAÚL O. LÓPEZ CASTRO y EMILIO MARTÍNEZ GAMEZ&amp;nbsp; contra la empresa&amp;nbsp; METALURGICAS IBICENCAS, S.L., sobre DESPIDO, se ha dictado la siguiente resolución, cuya parte dispositiva se adjunta:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Dispongo:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; Despachar orden general de ejecución del título indicado a favor del ejecutante EMILIO MARTINEZ GAMEZ RAUL OCTAVIO LOPEZ CASTRO, JUAN PRATS TUR,&amp;nbsp; frente a METALURGICAS IBICENCAS, S.L., parte ejecutada.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;DILIGENCIA 9/05/14&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Habiendo presentado el/los trabajador/es EMILIO MARTINEZ GAMEZ, JUAN PRATS TUR y RAÚL O. LÓPEZ CASTRO, exigiendo el cumplimiento por el empresario de la obligación de readmisión, y habiéndose despachado auto de ejecución de SENTENCIA, de conformidad al art.280 de la LJS, &lt;strong&gt;acuerdo:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Citar de comparecencia a las partes y al Fondo de Garantía Salarial con las advertencias legales y haciéndoles saber que deben asistir con los medios de prueba de que intenten valerse, y&amp;nbsp; y solicito al/a la Secretario/a Judicial Encargado de la Agenda Programada, día y hora para la celebración de la comparecencia, quien señala el próximo día &lt;strong&gt;9/6/2014 a las 09:30 HORAS&lt;/strong&gt; para que tenga lugar.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;De no asistir el/los trabajador/es o persona que le/s represente se le/s tendrá por desistido/s en su solicitud; si no lo hiciese el empresario o su representante se celebrará el acto sin su presencia. Asimismo, acuerdo la citación del-de los demandado-s por medio de edictos.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Y para que sirva de notificación en legal forma a METALÚRGICAS IBICENCAS, SL, en ignorado paradero, expido la presente para su inserción en el Boletín Oficial &amp;nbsp;de ILLES BALEARS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se advierte al destinatario que las siguientes comunicaciones se harán fijando copia de la resolución o de la cédula en el tablón de anuncios de la Oficina judicial, salvo el supuesto de la comunicación de las resoluciones que deban revestir forma de auto o sentencia, o cuando se trate de emplazamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
