	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;En el expediente de Jurisdicción voluntaria seguido en este juzgado de Primera Instancia con el número DERECHO DELIBERACIÓN BENEFICIO INVENTARIO 0000308/2014 sobre formación de inventario de la herencia de D./Dª. ANTONIA VICENS COLL se ha dictado la siguiente resolución:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;PROVIDENDIA DE LA JUEZ D./Dña. IRENE PARTIDA BARRETO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;En PALMA DE MALLORCA, a veintinueve de Abril de dos mil catorce&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Recibida la anterior solicitud, documentos que se acompañan y escritura de poder, de la Procurador, JOANA SOCIAS REYNES, se admite a trámite, incoándose expediente de jurisdicción voluntaria para la formación de inventario de la herencia de DÑA. ANTONIA VICENS COLL, que se registrará en el libro correspondiente, teniendo en el mismo por personado a dicha Procuradora en representación de TERESA VICENS MASSANET, D. MIGUEL VICENS MASSANET y JOSÉ LUÍS VICENS MASSANET, entendiéndose con él las sucesivas notificaciones y diligencias en virtud del poder presentado que, previo testimonio en el expediente, se le devolverá.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Cítese a los acreedores y legatarios expresados en la solicitud para que puedan asistir si les conviniere a la formación de inventario, así como el Ministerio Fiscal en representación de los posibles acreedores desconocidos concediéndoles al efecto el plazo de quince días para personarse en el expediente, fijándose edictos en el tabón de anuncios del Juzgado y publicándose en el Boletín Oficial de la Provincia para la citación de los posibles acreedores desconocidos del causante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Fórmese por la Sra. Secretario inventario final y exacto de los bienes de la herencia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Se señala para la formación de inventario el día 8 de JULIO DE 2014 a las 11:00 horas, cuyo acto tendrá lugar en la Secretaria de este Juzgado, sito en la calle Travessa d’en Ballester núm. 20-3º de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Contra esta resolución cabe recurso de reposición en el plazo de CINCO DÍAS que se interpondrá por escrito ante este Juzgado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Lo que así se propone y firma, doy fe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Y para que sirva de citación a los acreedores desconocidos de la causante ANTONIA VICENS COLL, EXPIDO LA PRESENTE EN palma de Mallorca, A VEINTINUEVE DE Abril de dos mil catorce.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
