	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;La Junta de Gobierno Local de fecha 24 de marzo de 2014 adoptó el acuerdo que en el borrador del acta de la correspondiente sesión dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7.- CREACIÓN DE UN FICHERO MUNICIPAL DE VIDEOVIGILANCIA EN EL PARQUE VERDE DE RESIDUOS DE LA AVENIDA SANT VICENÇ S/N DE MURO.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;De acuerdo con lo que dispone el artículo 20 de la Ley Orgànica 15/ 1999, de 13 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos de carácter personal y visto el informe de secretaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;La Junta de Gobierno Local, por unanimidad, acuerda:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero. &lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;Aprobar la creación del fichero municipal que se indica a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;VIDEOVIGILANCIA EN EL PARC VERD DE RESIDUOS DE LA AVINGUDA SANT VICENÇ, S/N DE MURO.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
		&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Finalidad y uso del fichero:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 80px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Gestión de registro de datos recabados para fines policiales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
		&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Personas o colectivos sobre los que se pretende obtener datos de carácter personal o que resulten obligados a suministrarlos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 80px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Ciudadanos y residentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
		&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Procedimiento de recogida de los datos personales:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 80px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Personas físicas o jurídicas y su representante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
		&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Estructura básica del fichero y descripción de los tipos de datos de carácter personal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 80px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Datos y carácter indentificativo ( imágenes)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
		&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Cesiones de datos de carácter personal y , en su caso, las transferencias de datos que se prevén a países terceros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 80px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Órganos judiciales. No hay previsto transferencias a otros países.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
		&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Órgano de la administración responsable del fichero:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 80px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Secretaria del ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Servicios o unidades ante los que se puedan ejercer los derechos de acceso, rectificación, cancelación y oposición&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 80px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Secretaria del ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
		&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Medidas de seguridad con indicación del nível básico, medio o alto exigible:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 80px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Básico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
		&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Sistemas de tratamiento:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 80px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Mixto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
