text/html CAIB 2014-04-30 CAIB ![CDATA[<p> En virtud de lo que dispone el artículo 11.2 del Reglamento de Procedimiento Sancionador en Materia de Tráfico, circulación de Vehículos de Motor y Seguridad Vial, aprobado por el Real Decreto 320/1994, de 25 de Febrero, que establecen que las notificaciones en materia de tráfico se tienen que ajustar al régimen previsto a la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre (modificada por la Ley 4/1999, de 13 de Febrero), por la cual se aprueba el Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y de Procedimiento Común.</p> <p> HACEMOS PÚBLICO que, intentada en dos ocasiones la notificación al interesado o a su representante, no ha sido posible practicar la notificación, por causas no imputables a esta Administración.
