    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Aprobado por decreto de alcaldía de fecha 27 de marzo de 2014 suspender la licitación publicada en el BOIB núm. 39 de 22 de marzo de 2014, así como también el plazo de presentación de ofertas del expediente 2/2014 para instalación y explotación del parque acuático de Can Picafort vistas las condiciones establecidas por la Demarcación de Costas, modificando el pliego de condiciones del concurso y proyecto para instalación y explotación del parque acuático de Can Picafort, para la temporada 2014 prorrogable tres temporadas mas, de año en año, conforme al proyecto de delimitación de la instalación de los servicios de temporada, redactado por el ingeniero de caminos Sr. Manuel Velasco Maillo añadiendo como Anexo I y&amp;nbsp; II, el cambio de ubicación del parque acuático, y como Anexo III las condiciones establecidas por la Demarcación de Costas y estableciendo un nuevo plazo de información pública y de presentación de proposiciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El proyecto y el Pliego de condiciones modificados se exponen al público por el plazo de cinco días naturales a contar a partir del día siguiente al anuncio de este edicto al BOIB, para que se puedan presentar reclamaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Simultáneamente se anuncia la licitación, si bien la licitación se pospondrá, cuando resulte necesario, en el supuesto que se formulen reclamaciones contra los pliegos de condiciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
