Sr. Presidente del Consejo Insular de Menorca mediante Decreto núm. 2014/43, de fecha 31 de marzo, ha resuelto lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;b&gt;PRIMERO.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt; Designar a la vicepresidenta primera, Hble. Sra. Pilar Pons Faner como presidenta en funciones de este Consejo Insular de Menorca, a fin de que me substituya en el ejercicio de todas mis funciones los días 1, 2 y 3 de abril de 2014.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;b&gt;SEGUNDO.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt; Notificar esta resolución a las persones interesadas y que se publique en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears, sin perjuicio de la efectividad del nombramiento para los días señalados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
