&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En Palma de Mallorca, a 18 de febrero de 2014&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Magistrado-Juez: Doña Martina Mora Torrens&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Demandante: “SANTANDER CONSUMER, EFC S.A.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Abogado/a: Doña Concepción Villalonga Trujillo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Objeto del Juicio: Reclamación de cantidad por contrato de financiación de bienes muebles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PARTE DISPOSITIVA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Que DEBO ESTIMAR Y ESTIMO la demanda &lt;/strong&gt;formulada por Dª. Matilde Segura Seguí, Procuradora de los Tribunales, en representación de SANTANDER CONSUMER, EFC S.A. contra D. ARSENIO GÓMEZ LEAL y &lt;strong&gt;debo CONDENAR Y&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;CONDENO&lt;/strong&gt; a la parte demandada a abonar a la actora la cantidad total de 6.157,04 euros, más el interes procesal del art. 576, así como el pago de las costas procesales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra la presente resolución cabe interponer Recurso de Apelación, en el plazo máximo e improrrogable de VEINTE días, a contar desde el día siguiente a la notificación de la presente resolución, previa consignación del depósito de 50 euros previsto en la DA 15ª LOPJ y la tasa correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Así por ésta, mi Sentencia, la pronuncio, mando y firmo Dª Martina Mora Torrens, Magistrado-Juez Titular del Juzgado de Primera Instancia nº 5 de Palma de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Publicación.- Leída y publicada que ha sido la anterior sentencia por la Ilustre Juez que la dictó, constituida en audiencia pública en el mismo día de su fecha. Doy Fe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Y como consecuencia del ignorado paradero de ARSENIO GÓMEZ LEAL, se extiende la presente para que sirva de cédula de notificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En PALMA DE MALLORCA, a trece de marzo de dos mil catorce.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
