&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Que en el procedimiento PROCEDIMIENTO ORDINARIO 0000175 /2013 de este Juzgado de lo Social, seguidos a instancia de D/Dª RICARDO LOZANO GONZALEZ contra LIFE MARINA IBIZA, SL, ADMON CONCURSAL:KPMG CONCURSAL, SLP, P Y M FONTANERIA, CB: FRANCISCO PASCUAL MORENO Y EPIFANIA YERN MORENO, GEC OCCIDENTAL CONSTRUCCION SL, S.A. CASER, FIATC MUTUA, FOGASA, GESTION TECNICA DE PROYECTOS Y OBRAS SL, CATALANA OCCIDENTE, SA, LUIS A. LOGANA TIPAN y contra NATIONALE SUISSE, sobre ORDINARIO, se ha dictado con fecha de hoy, la siguiente resolución, cuya parte dispositiva se adjunta:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;En IBIZA/EIVISSA, a veinte de Marzo de dos mil catorce.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Únase el escrito presentado por el Letrado SR LLANOS NARANJO, en nombre de la parte actora. Dese traslado y, visto su contenido, &lt;strong&gt;acuerdo:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1.- Tener por AMPLIADA la demanda frente a la Aseguradora NATIONALE SUISSE, a quien se citará al acto de conciliación y/o juicio fijado para el próximo 22 de Mayo de 2.014 a las 9,30 horas, con traslado de copia&amp;nbsp; del escrito de la demanda inicial y documental adjunta. Se pone a su disposición el procedimiento en la Oficina Judicial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2.- Tener por ACLARADA la demanda en los términos contenidos en tal escrito, que cuantifica la cantidad reclamada en 45.795,57.-euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3.- En atención a la precitada modificación, las múltiples suspensiones y al objeto de no dilatar mas el procedimiento, se acuerda, como prueba anticipada, pericial médico forense a cuyos efectos,&amp;nbsp; cítese al actor, ante la Clínica Forense el próximo día TRES DE ABRIL DE DOS MIL CATORCE&amp;nbsp; a las DIEZ horas, para su examen médico; Una vez que tenga entrada el informe recabado, que deberá versar sobre la valoración de las secuelas padecidas por el demandante, se dará cuenta a las partes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4.- Cítese a los testigos propuestos: LUISA VAZQUEZ DUCKITT y AMADOR UROZ EGEA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;5.- En cuanto al interrogatorio de parte del representante legal de la codemandada GESTION TECNICA DE PROYECTOS Y OBRAS, SL, y ante la imposibilidad de practicarse mediante videoconferencia, dada la escasa disponibilidad de fechas manifestada por el Juzgado de lo Social número 1 de Terrassa, para la practica de tal prueba, ésta deberá practicarse presencialmente en la sede de este Órgano Judicial o, en su caso, se acordaría como diligencia final.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;6.- Cítese a juicio a GEC OCCIDENTAL CONSTRUCCION SL, mediante edicto al BOIB y al BOLETIN OFICIAL de BARCELONA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Y para que sirva de notificación y citación en legal forma a GEC OCCIDENTAL CONSTRUCCION SL, en ignorado paradero, expido la presente para su inserción en el Boletín Oficial de la Provincia de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se advierte al destinatario que las siguientes comunicaciones se harán fijando copia de la resolución o de la cédula en el tablón de anuncios de la Oficina judicial, salvo el supuesto de la comunicación de las resoluciones que deban revestir forma de auto o sentencia, o cuando se trate de emplazamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
