También se puede interponer directamente un recurso contencioso administrativo ante la Sala del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Islas Baleares en el plazo de dos meses contados desde el día siguiente de haber recibido la notificación de la resolución, de acuerdo con la artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998 , de 13 de julio , reguladora de la jurisdicción . &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
