&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1. Los directores que figuran en el anexo de esta Resolución han presentado, con indicación de los motivos, su renuncia al cargo de director.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;h6&gt; &lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/h6&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1. El artículo 138.&lt;em&gt; b)&lt;/em&gt; de la Ley orgánica 2/2006, de 3 de mayo, de educación establece como uno de los supuestos de cese del director de un centro docente público, la renuncia motivada aceptada por la Administración educativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2. El apartado 2 del artículo 16 del Orden del consejero de Educación y Cultura, de 18 de febrero de 2010, por la cual se aprueban las bases para la selección, el nombramiento y el cese de los órganos de gobierno de los centros docentes públicos no universitarios de las Islas Baleares, determina, como una causa de cese de los directores, la presentación de la renuncia al cargo delante la Dirección General de Planificación y Centros, con justificación de las causas que lo inducen a hacerlo. La dimisión tiene que ser aceptada por la Dirección General de Planificación y Centros, que propondrá a la Dirección General de Personal Docente que haga efectiva la resolución correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3. El artículo 16 de la Orden mencionada establece, al último párrafo, el siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 42.55pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 10px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En los supuestos previstos en los apartados 2, 3, 4 y 5 de este artículo, a propuesta de la Dirección General de Planificación y Centros, la Dirección General de Personal Docente tiene que proceder al nombramiento de un nuevo director, cuyo mandato finalizará en el momento en que se resuelva la siguiente convocatoria de concurso de méritos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="color: black"&gt;4. En cuanto a la competencia para aceptar la renuncia, se tiene que conjugar lo que dispone el artículo 16 de la orden mencionada con la actual estructura orgánica establecida en el Decreto 6/2013, de 2 de mayo, del presidente de las Islas Baleares, por el cual se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares. Así, es competente para aceptarla el director general de Planificación, Infraestructuras Educativas y Recursos Humanos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Por todo eso, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1. Aceptar la renuncia al cargo de director de los funcionarios que figuran en el anexo de esta Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2. Disponer que la aceptación de la renuncia será efectiva en el momento en que se designe un director en funciones o en el momento en que se resuelva la siguiente convocatoria de concurso de méritos para la selección de directores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3. Notificar esta Resolución a los interesados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="color: black"&gt;4. Publicar esta Resolución en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que no agota la vía administrativa, las personas interesadas pueden interponer un recurso de alzada delante de la consejera de Educación, Cultura y Universidades, en el plazo de un mes, a contar&amp;nbsp; a partir del día siguiente de haber-se publicado esta Resolución, de acuerdo con lo que establecen los artículos 114 y 115 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común, y el artículo 58 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la administración de la comunidad autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
