&lt;/table&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;A tal efecto, y de acuerdo con el que dispone la Ley 1/1992, de 8 de abril, de protección de los animales que viven en el entorno humano y en el Reglamento de desarrollo, disponen de un plazo de 8 días, contados a partir del siguiente al de la publicación de la presente notificación en el BOIB para la recogida del animal indicado, previo abono de las tasas reportadas correspondientes por la recogida y traslado del animal desde la vía pública hasta la Perrera Municipal, más las tasas por manutención y depósito.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Transcurrido el citado plazo sin que se haya personado a la Perrera Municipal para la recuperación del animal previo pago de las tasas reportadas, el animal podrá ser cedido en adopción o sacrificado, transcurridos 7 días más, según la normativa de aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El que se hace público, en cumplimiento del establecido al artículo 35 y los apartados 3º y 4º del artículo 59 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común y al artículo 194 del RD 2568/86, de 28 de noviembre, Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
