    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La Ley Orgánica 1/2007, de 28 de febrero, de reforma del Estatuto de Autonomía de las Illes Balears, en su artículo 36.4 establece que, en materia de enseñanza universitaria, la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears tiene competencia exclusiva, sin perjuicio de la autonomía universitaria, en la programación y la coordinación del sistema universitario, en la financiación propia de las universidades y en la regulación y la gestión del sistema propio de becas y ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El artículo 5.4 de la Ley Orgánica 6/2001, de 21 de diciembre, de Universidades, modificada por la Ley Orgánica 4/2007, de 12 de abril, establece que los centros universitarios privados tienen que estar integrados en una universidad privada como centros propios o adscritos a una universidad pública o privada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Asimismo, según el artículo 11.2 de la misma Ley los centros adscritos tienen que estar establecidos en el ámbito territorial de la comunidad autónoma en la cual se encuentre la universidad a la cual se adscriben, o contar, asimismo con la aprobación de la comunidad autónoma en la cual estén ubicados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El 15 de diciembre de 1978 la congregación titular del Centro de Enseñanza Superior Alberta Giménez (CESAG) firmó un convenio de adscripción a la Universidad de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En virtud de esta adscripción el CESAG imparte&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; la docencia de los siguientes estudios:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ul&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Grado en Comunicación Audiovisual&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Grado en Educación Infantil&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Grado en Educación Primaria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Grado en Periodismo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Grado en Publicidad y Relaciones Públicas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Licenciatura en Comunicación Audiovisual&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Licenciatura en Periodismo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ul&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El Centro de Enseñanza Superior Alberta Giménez ha denunciado el convenio de adscripción a la Universidad de las Illes Balears y ha firmado un convenio de adscripción con la Universidad Pontificia Comillas, la cual ha iniciado los trámites correspondientes con el Ministerio de Educación, Cultura y Deporte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Asimismo, el Centro de Enseñanza Superior Alberta Giménez ha solicitado la desadscripción de la Universidad de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El Consejo de Dirección de la Universidad de las Illes Balears, en la sesión de 5 de marzo de 2014, ha aprobado el texto del convenio de desadscripción del Centro de Enseñanza Superior Alberta Giménez de la Universidad de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La disposición adicional cuarta de la Ley Orgánica 6/2001 establece que los centros universitarios de ciencias no eclesiásticas no integrados como centros propios en una universidad de la Iglesia Católica que ésta establezca en España se sujetarán, para impartir enseñanzas conducentes a la obtención de títulos de carácter oficial y con validez en todo el territorio nacional, a lo que prevé esta Ley para los centros adscritos a una universidad pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Por todo &lt;/span&gt;ello, el Consejo&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; de Gobierno, a propuesta de la consejera de Educación, Cultura y Universidades, en la sesión de 14 de marzo de 2014, adoptó, entre otros, el siguiente Acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;Primero.&lt;/strong&gt; Dejar sin efecto la adscripción&lt;/span&gt; del Centro de Enseñanza Superior Alberta Giménez a la Universidad de las Illes Balears en los términos expresados en el convenio entre ambas entidades y con las condiciones que se establecen en los apartados siguientes&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Segundo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; Establecer que el &lt;/span&gt;Centro de Enseñanza Superior Alberta Giménez tiene que impartir las enseñanzas autorizadas adscritas a la Universidad de las Illes Balears hasta que se extingan totalmente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las enseñanzas se tienen que extinguir de forma progresiva, curso a curso, de acuerdo con lo que se estipula en el convenio mediante el &lt;/span&gt;cual se acuerda la&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; desadscripción, y se tiene que garantizar el derecho de los alumnos a disponer de dos convocatorias de examen en los dos cursos académicos siguientes a la extinción, así como a disponer de una posible convocatoria extraordinaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.&lt;/strong&gt; Establecer el siguiente calendario de extinción:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;No obstante, el &lt;/span&gt;Centro de Enseñanza Superior Alberta Giménez puede expedir, a petición de las personas interesadas, documentos no oficiales para dejar constancia de las calificaciones y los estudios cursados, siempre que se mencione expresamente su carácter informativo y no oficial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Quinto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; Condicionar la eficacia de este acuerdo, de acuerdo con los artículos 5 y 11 y la disposición adicional cuarta de la Ley Orgánica 6/2001, de 21 de diciembre, de Universidades, según la redacción de la Ley Orgánica 4/2007, de 12 de abril, de modificación de la Ley Orgánica de Universidades, a la aprobación del convenio de &lt;/span&gt;desadscripción por parte de los órganos&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; competentes de la Universidad de las Illes Balears, a la aprobación del convenio de adscripción suscrito &lt;/span&gt;por el CESAG y la Universidad Pontificia Comillas por parte de los&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; órganos competentes del Ministerio de Educación, Cultura y Deporte y de la Comunidad Autónoma de Madrid y a la autorización de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Sexto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; Notificar este acuerdo al Ministerio de Educación, Cultura y Deporte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Séptimo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; Notificar este acuerdo al &lt;/span&gt;Centro de Enseñanza Superior Alberta Giménez.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Octavo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; Notificar este acuerdo a la Universidad de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
