![CDATA[<p> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px">Les comunico que el Hble. Sr. vicepresidente de Cultura, Patrimonio y Deportes, Joan Rotger Seguí, en fecha de hoy ha adoptado la siguiente resolución que transcribo literalmente a continuación:</span></p>
<p> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: black">Dado que de acuerdo con la Memoria justificativa de la directora insular de Cultura y Patrimonio, la fase de selección de proyectos de actividades culturales para Cultura en Xarxa 2014 se encuentra incluida dentro de las actuaciones necesarias para impulsar y promover la programación de actividades culturales por toda Mallorca, y que la </span>jefa <span style="color: black">del servicio jurídico de la Vicepresidencia de Cultura, Patrimonio y Deportes ha emitido, en fecha 4 de marzo de 2014, el informe favorable correspondiente.</span></span></p>
<p> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: black">Por todo ello, en uso de las competencias atribuidas por el Decreto de Organización del Consell de Mallorca, de fecha 15 de julio de 2011, corregido por los decretos de 19 de julio de 2011, de 10 de octubre de 2011, de 15 de marzo de 2012 y de 11 de abril de 2012, tengo a bien dictar la siguiente:</span></span></p>
<p> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px">RESOLUCIÓN</span></p>
<p> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px">1. Aprobar las normas de selección que se incluyen anexas a la presente resolución, referidas a los proyectos de actividades culturales para Cultura en Xarxa 2014.</span></p>
<p> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px">2. Ordenar la publicación de dichas normas en el BOIB.</span></p>
<p> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: black">Contra esta resolución, que no pone fin a la vía administrativa, se puede interponer recurso de </span>alzada <span style="color: black">ante la Hble. Sra. Presidenta del Consell de Mallorca, en el plazo de UN MES, a contar a partir del día siguiente al de la recepción de la presente notificación.</span></span></p>
<p> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: black">Contra la desestimación expresa del recurso de </span>alzada, podrá interponerse recurso contencioso administrativo, en el plazo de dos meses, a<span style="color: black"> contar a partir del día siguiente al de la recepción de la notificación de la desestimación del mencionado recurso.</span></span></p>
<p> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: black">Transcurridos tres meses desde la interposición del recurso sin que se haya notificado la resolución, podrá interponerse el recurso contencioso administrativo contra la desestimación presunta del recurso de </span>alzada<span style="color: black">, sin limitación temporal, mientras no haya resolución expresa.</span></span></p>
<p> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: black">No obstante lo anterior, se puede ejercitar, si </span>procede<span style="color: black">, cualquier otro recurso que se estime pertinente. Todo ello de conformidad con la </span>Ley 29/1998, de<span style="color: black"> 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contenciosa administrativa y de la Ley 4/1999, de 13 de enero, de modificación de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común.</span></span></p>

<p style="text-align: center"> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: black"><strong>NORMAS DE SELECCIÓN DE PROYECTOS DE ACTIVIDADES CULTURALES PARA CULTURA EN XARXA 2014 </strong></span></span></p>
<p> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: black"><strong>Presentación</strong></span></span></p>
<p> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: black">El Consell de Mallorca mediante la Vicepresidencia de Cultura, Patrimonio y Deportes lleva a cabo el proyecto Cultura en Xarxa (Red de Actividades Culturales de Mallorca) con el objetivo de constituir una red activa de oferta cultural para toda Mallorca y promover la </span>itinerancia<span style="color: black"> de actividades culturales de los diferentes ámbitos de la creación: artes visuales, escénicas, musicales, literaria, etc.</span></span></p>
<p> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: black">La Vicepresidencia de Cultura, Patrimonio y Deportes, con este fin, pretende conocer los proyectos que se están desarrollando en estos ámbitos y abrir un canal para recibir propuestas que puedan formar parte de la bolsa (buzón) de proyectos de Cultura en Xarxa.</span></span></p>
<p> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: black"><strong>1. Requisitos para participar en la selección.</strong></span></span></p>
<p> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px">Podrán participar las personas físicas o jurídicas de cualquier nacionalidad, constituidos como profesionales o empresas con personalidad jurídica propia, que presenten las características siguientes:</span></p>
<p style="margin-left: 40px"> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px">- Llevar a cabo el proyecto cultural y, en consecuencia, estar de alta en el epígrafe correspondiente en el censo tributario o registro pertinente del IAE.</span></p>
<p style="margin-left: 40px"> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px">- Tener un domicilio o establecimiento permanente o delegación en Mallorca.</span></p>
<p style="margin-left: 40px"> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px">- El gasto total (IVA incluido) para cualquier actividad o espectáculo que se presente a esta selección no podrá superar los 2.000,00€. Este importe no podrá ser superior a los que se presenten a otros ámbitos o instituciones.</span></p>
<p> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong><span style="color: black">2. Ámbitos que pueden presentarse</span></strong></span></p>
<p> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px">- <span style="color: black">MÚSICA</span></span></p>
<p> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: black">Conciertos de pequeño y mediano formato y talleres o experiencias relacionadas con el mundo de la música.</span></span></p>
<p> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px">- <span style="color: black">ARTE EN LA CALLE</span></span></p>
<p> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: black">Espectáculos en espacios abiertos, circo, pasacalles y otras actividades culturales pensadas para realizar en el exterior.</span></span></p>
<p> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px">- <span style="color: black">DANZA</span></span></p>
<p> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: black">Espectáculos de danza de pequeño y mediano formato de cualquier estilo, desde danza clásica a danza contemporánea.</span></span></p>
<p> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px">- <span style="color: black">TEATRO INFANTIL</span></span></p>
<p> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: black">Espectáculos de teatro dirigidos a público infantil</span></span></p>
<p> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px">- <span style="color: black">CINE</span></span></p>
<p> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: black">Ciclos temáticos de cine de autor</span></span></p>
<p> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px">- <span style="color: black">EXPOSICIONES</span></span></p>

<p> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: black">Rutas por Mallorca que tengan como objetivo difundir y poner en valor el patrimonio, la historia y la cultura de Mallorca.</span></span></p>
<p> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px">- <span style="color: black">CICLOS DE CONFERENCIAS</span></span></p>
<p> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: black">Ciclos de conferencias y creación de espacios de debate en torno a temas de interés cultural y patrimonial.</span></span></p>
<p> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px">- <span style="color: black">TEATRO </span></span></p>
<p> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: black">Excepcionalmente, este año se podrán presentar espectáculos de compañías profesionales con ánimo de lucro estrenados a partir del 15 de agosto de 2013 que por razón de plazos de estreno no hayan podido formar parte del Circuito de Artes Escénicas de Mallorca 2013.</span></span></p>
<p> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong><span style="color: black">3.Publicación.</span></strong></span></p>
<p> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: black">Estas normas se publican en el BOIB y además, a efectos informativos y para garantizar la difusión, se exponen en el tablón de anuncios del Centro Cultural la Misericordia y se cuelgan en la página web del Consell de Mallorca (www.conselldemallorca.net).</span></span></p>
<p> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: black"><strong>4.Documentación.</strong></span></span></p>
<p> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: black">La documentación a presentar es la siguiente:</span></span></p>
<p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: black">a) Solicitud de inscripción debidamente cumplimentada (Anexo I).</span></span></p>
<p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: black">b) Dossier del proyecto en formato DIN A 4, que ha de incluir, como mínimo: título, explicación de la actividad con una extensión no superior a 6.000 caracteres, objetivos, características del espacio requerido, necesidades técnicas, duración de la actividad, público destinatario, preferencias de horario de realización de la actividad para su correcto desarrollo, disponibilidad de fechas para la realización de la actividad (desde marzo a diciembre 2014).</span></span></p>
<p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: black">c)Currículum y trayectoria artística de la autoría del proyecto</span></span></p>
<p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: black">d) Imágenes del proyecto (un mínimo de 3) en formato jpg con una resolución mínima de 72 ppp.</span></span></p>
<p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: black">e) Si se contempla la posibilidad de determinar diferentes importes según el número de itinerancias, debe especificarse en el presupuesto. En cualquier caso, el presupuesto final para todas las itinerancias no podrá superar los 6.000,00€.</span></span></p>
<p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: black">f) Autorización para incluir imágenes de la actividad en el material de difusión que realice la Vicepresidencia de Cultura, Patrimonio y Deportes del Consell de Mallorca mediante diferentes soportes, con el objetivo de dar a conocer la realización de las distintas actividades al público potencial (anexo 2)</span></span></p>
<p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px">g)Fotocopia del NIF de la persona física o jurídica solicitante.</span></p>
<p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px">h) Fotocopia del DNI, NIE, NIF del o de la representante legal, o de la persona autorizada que firma.</span></p>
<p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: black">i) Documentación acreditativa de la vigencia del cargo de representante legal en virtud del cual actúa el firmante de la solicitud o de la autorización correspondiente y suficiente, en el caso de que la firme una persona distinta.</span></span></p>
<p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: black">j) Documentación acreditativa de la constitución de la empresa y, si procede, de los estatutos debidamente registrados o, si se da el caso, de su modificación y de los nuevos estatutos inscritos en el registro pertinente.</span></span></p>
<p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: black">k) Certificación administrativa del año en curso que acredite que la persona física o jurídica está inscrita en el epígrafe correspondiente del censo tributario o registro pertinente del IAE.</span></span></p>

<p> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: black"><strong>5. Plazo de presentación de la documentación.</strong></span></span></p>
<p> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px">Se pueden presentar proyectos durante los 20 días naturales, a contar desde el día siguiente al de la publicación de estas normas en el BOIB, en cualquier terminal del registro general del CIM (Centro Cultural La Misericordia: Plaza del Hospital núm. 4; Palau del CIM: c/ del Palau Reial, 1, Llar de la Joventut: General Riera, núm. 111, y Llar de la Infància: General Riera, 113; todos ellos en Palma). Así mismo, también se pueden presentar en los lugares establecidos en el apartado 4, del artículo 38, de la Ley 30/1992 de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común, modificada por la Ley 4/1999. </span></p>
<p> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px">Si la solicitud se envía por correo debe presentarse en Correos con el sobre abierto para que la sellen o, en todo caso, para que sellen el sobre, con objeto de acreditar que se ha enviado en el plazo fijado en estas normas de selección. Sin embargo, si dicha documentación no entra en el Registro general durante los 10 días naturales siguientes a la finalización del plazo de presentación de solicitudes, no se tiene admitirá en ningún caso.</span></p>

<p> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: black">Dentro de los 90 días siguientes al de la finalización del plazo de presentación de las solicitudes; en caso contrario, se entenderán desestimadas.</span></span></p>
<p> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: black"><strong>10. Publicación de la selección.</strong></span></span></p>
<p> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: black">La inclusión o exclusión en Cultura en Xarxa del o de la profesional, entidad o empresa, con las correspondientes actividades culturales, se publicará en el BOIB; así como en el tablón de anuncios del Centro Cultural la Misericordia (plaza del Hospital, 4, Palma) y en la página web del Consell de Mallorca (</span>www.conselldemallorca.net).</span></p>
<p> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong><span style="color: black">11. Obligaciones de los participantes.</span></strong></span></p>
<p> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: black">La </span>persona física o jurídica ha de emitir facturas oficiales por las actividades culturales realizadas (impuestos incluidos), a cargo de la Vicepresidencia de Cultura, Patrimonio y Deportes.</span></p>
<p> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: black">Por otra parte, la persona física o jurídica contratada deberá presentar al Consell de Mallorca, además de la factura justificativa, fotocopia compulsada de los TC1 y TC2 de las personas que han trabajado en la actividad cultural.</span></span></p>
<p> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: black">Los profesionales estarán obligados a cumplimentar y presentar la hoja de evaluación, que se les habrá facilitado con antelación, de cada actividad realizada. </span></span></p>
<p> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"><strong><span style="color: black">12. Condiciones de selección.</span></strong></span></p>
<p> <span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"><span style="color: black">La selección de los proyectos de actividades culturales para formar parte de esta bolsa queda condicionada por el presupuesto disponible en este año, así como por la valoración que de los proyectos presentados realice la comisión técnica. </span></span></p>]]
