    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se hace público que, el presidente del Consell Insular de Menorca, mediante Decreto de Presidencia nº 2014/32 de 27 de febrero, ha resuelto lo seguiente, en relación con el asunto:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;PRIMERO. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;Que el Consell Insular de Menorca comparezca ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo nº 1 de Palma, en el recurso contencioso administrativo, &lt;/span&gt;PROCEDIMIENTO ORDINARIO 19/2014, interpuesto por NEXUS 75, SL, contra la desestimación del recurso de reposición interpuesto contra el acuerdo de la Comissión de Gobierno del Consell Insular de Menorca de 16.9.2013, mediante el cual se aprobó el Proyecto tècnico constructivo denominado &amp;quot;Mejora de la carretera Me-1 entre Maó y Alaior, entre los pk 1+600 y 11+000, entre los términos municipales de Maó y Alaior, y contra la relación de bienes y derechos afectados por la expropiación de los terrenos necesarios para realizar esta actuación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;SEGUNDO.&lt;/b&gt; Que se remita al Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo nº 1 de Palma, copia del expediente administrativo del asunto debidamente foliado y compulsado con el original.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;TERCERO. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;Que asuma la representación del Consell Insular de Menorca la procuradora señora Concepción Alemany Morey, y la dirección letrada los abogados señores Pedro Monjo Cerdà y Juan Manuel Lafuente Mir, indistintamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; widows: 0; orphans: 0"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;CUARTO.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt; Que se emplace a los ayuntamientos de Maó y Alaior, a la Comisión Balear de Medio Ambiente y a los propietarios afectados por las expropiaciones de los terrenos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; widows: 0; orphans: 0"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;QUINTO.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt; Que se publique edicto en el Boletín Oficial de la Comunidaa Autónoma de las Illes Baleras (BOIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; widows: 0; orphans: 0"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;SEXTO.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt; Que esta resolución se comunique al Pleno en la primera sesión que se celebre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
