&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;HAGO SABER:&lt;/strong&gt; Que en el procedimiento número 000913/2011 seguido ante este Juzgado en reclamación de CANTIDAD a instancia de ALFONSO SAMPER GOMEZ contra GRAFOL RECURSOS HUMANOS E.T.T. SL y FONDO DE GARANTIA SALARIAL se ha dictado &lt;strong&gt;SENTENCIA&lt;/strong&gt; con fecha 27/02/2014, cuya parte dispositiva es del tenor literal siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;F&amp;nbsp; A&amp;nbsp; L&amp;nbsp; L&amp;nbsp; O:&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;Estimando parcialmente la demanda&lt;/strong&gt; origen de las presentes actuaciones promovida por D. ALFONSO SAMPER GÓMEZ frente a la empresa CRAFOL RECURSOS HUMANOS ETT, S.L., sobre RECLAMACIÓN DE CANTIDAD, &lt;strong&gt;CONDENO&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;a la empresa demandada a que abone a la parte actora la cantidad de 474&amp;amp;apos;91 euros, más los correspondientes intereses previstos en el fundamento jurídico tercero&lt;/strong&gt;.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;El FOGASA&lt;/strong&gt;, en su condición de responsable legal subsidiario, deberá estar y pasar por dicha declaración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;NOTIFÍQUESE la presente resolución a las partes en la forma prevenida por la Ley haciéndoles saber que contra la misma no cabe recurso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Así por esta mi sentencia lo pronuncio, mando y firmo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;PUBLICACIÓN.- En el día de hoy ha sido publicada la sentencia anterior por la Magistrada que la suscribe. Doy fe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Y para que sirva de notificación a la demandada GRAFOL RECURSOS HUMANOS E.T.T. SL , cuyo domicilio actual se desconoce y el último conocido lo fue en Calle Gremi Fusters nº 33 - 34 Palma de Mallorca, se expide el presente, advirtiéndose que las siguientes comunicaciones con dicha parte, se harán en Estrados, salvo las que deben revestir forma de Auto, Sentencia o se trate de emplazamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En Alicante, a&amp;nbsp; tres de marzo de dos mil catorce.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;]]</env:contingut>
