    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Notificación de acuerdo de inicio de expediente sancionador por presunta infracción administrativa en materia de limpieza viaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Habiéndose intentado, por los medios legalmente establecidos, la notificación personal de la resolución de inicio de expediente sancionador por presunta infracción administrativa en materia de limpieza viaria y no existiendo constancia de su recepción por los interesados, de conformidad con el establecido en el artículo 59.5 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común, se notifica mediante este edicto a las personas que se relacionan en el&amp;nbsp; ANEXO I que se ha acordado en su contra el inicio de expediente sancionador por presunta infracción administrativa tipificada en la Ordenanza Municipal de Limpieza Viaria de Santa Margalida (BOIB Núm. 65 de 08/05/2004).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El expediente se puede consultar en el Ayuntamiento de Santa Margalida situado al Paseo des Pouàs número 23 de Santa Margaldia, CP 07450. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;De conformidad con los artículos 8.3 del Decreto 14/1994, de 10 de febrero y 13.2 del Real decreto 1398/1993, de 4 de agosto, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento del Procedimiento para el Ejercicio de la Potestad Sancionadora, también se notifica que dispone de un plazo de quince días para efectuar las a alegaciones y presentar documentos e informes que estime pertinentes y, si procede, proponer pruebas. En el supuesto de no efectuar a alegaciones sobre el contenido de la iniciación del procedimiento la iniciación podrá ser considerada propuesta de resolución por contener un pronunciamiento preciso al respeto. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
