    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El Pleno del Ayuntamiento en sesión ordinaria celebrada en fecha 19 de febrero de 2014, aprobó la Propuesta de la Alcaldía de fecha 18 de febrero 2014, que es del siguiente tenor y ficha y plano que se adjuntan como Anexo: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;“En fecha 24 de agosto de 2012 la Junta de Compensación de la UAC – 2 celebró reunión al cual en su punto de la orden del día número 1 se propone la modificación del ámbito de actuación de la Junta de Compensación, siendo aprobado por más del 60% del porcentaje de participación de la Junta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En fecha 10 de septiembre de 2012 (NRE 1508) la presidenta de la Junta de Compensación de la UAC – 2 presentó instancia solicitando la modificación por parte del Ayuntamiento de la delimitación del ámbito de actuación previsto a las NN.SS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Exclusiones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Finca registral 5425 con referencia catastral 1048701ED0914N0001QQ propiedad de la Sra. Maria Salvà Torrens.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Finca registral 5424 con referencia catastral 1048702ED0914N0001PQ propiedad del Sr. Joan Torrens Alomar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Finca registral 5420 con referencia catastral1048703ED0914N0001LQ propiedad del Sr. Sebastián Torrens Alomar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Finca registral 5423 con referencia catastral1048704ED0914N0001TQ propiedad del Sr. Miquel Torrens Alomar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Inclusiones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Finca 2184N con referencia catastral 1048910ED0914N0001JQ propiedad de la Sra. Catalina Ferragut Alomar (Totalidad de la finca)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Finca 2810 con referencia catastral 1048910ED0914N0001EQ propiedad del Sr. Jaime Serra Pons (Totalidad de la finca)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Este acuerdo fue revocado por parte del Pleno del Ayuntamiento en sesión extraordinaria de día 02/12/2013 a requerimiento del Consell de Mallorca y se hace necesario incoar una nueva propuesta de cambio de delimitación a fin de que por parte de este Ayuntamiento se incoe un nuevo expediente administrativo encaminado a la modificación del cambio de delimitación de la UAC 2 NN.SS de Llubí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En fecha 10/01/2014 (NRE 33) la Presidenta de la Junta de Compensación de la UAC2 presenta instancia solicitando la ratificación del acuerdo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En fecha 20/01/2014 el Ayuntamiento Lleno aprueba inicialmente la modificación del ámbito de actuación de la UAC2 y se da un plazo de 15 días para la presentación de &amp;nbsp;alegaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En el BOIB núm. 15 de día 30 de enero de 2014 aparece publica el anuncio de aprobación inicial del a modificación del ámbito de la UAC2 de las NN.SS de planeamiento de Llubí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El plazo para la presentación de alegaciones finaliza día 17 de febrero de 2014. No se han presentado alegaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En fecha 10/02/2014 (NRE 177) El Servicio Jurídico de Urbanismo presenta observaciones a la documentación gráfica que aparece publicada al BOIB así como las condiciones de aprovechamiento que aparece a la ficha de la UAC. Así, en el cuadro de USOS NO LUCRATIVOS se detectan los siguientes errores:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1. Donde dice “Superficie máxim a, tiene que decir “Superficie mínima” &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2. Donde dice “V de Viario, tiene que decir “V de Viario (*)”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3. Donde dice “SC sirvieras”, tiene que decir “SC servicios”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Por todo esto, visto el informe del Secretario-Interventor, PROPONGO al Pleno la adopción del presente ACUERDO:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Primero.- Aprobar definitivamente la modificación del ámbito de actuación de la UAC – 2 de acuerdo con la solicitud de la Junta de Compensación y conforme al plano U3 de las NN.SS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Segundo.- Publicar el presente acuerdo al BOIB y página web del Ayuntamiento (www.ajllubi.net ) y comunicarlo al Archivo central de Urbanismo y al Consell de Mallorca.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
