    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;De conformidad con el artículo 59.5 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común, cuando los interesados en un procedimiento son desconocidos, se ignora el lugar de notificación, o no se ha podido efectuar la notificación, se tiene que hacer mediante la publicación en el boletín oficial correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p class="western"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;Se hace público que en el expediente, procedimiento abreviado nº 186/2013 del Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo nº 1 de Palma, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;interpuesto por Olivia Méndez Urtiaga, figuran como interesados las personas mencionadas anteriormente; para que, de conformidad con lo&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;dispuesto en el artículo 49 de la Ley de Jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;puedan comparecer y personarse en el mencionado procedimiento judicial, en el plazo de nueve días&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt; contados desde la publicación de este edicto en el Boletín Oficial de les Illes Balears. Además se hace saber que si comparecen fuera del plazo indicado se les considerará como parte, sin que se tenga que retrotraer ni interrumpir el curso del procedimiento, y que si no comparecen oportunamente continuará el procedimiento con su tramitación, sin que sea necesario notificarles los diferentes trámites.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
