    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;De conformidad con lo que se dispone en el artículo 59.5 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común, se procede mediante esta publicación a la formal notificación, a la Asociación de Vecinos “Reyes Católicos” (Secció Gent Gran) que el Consejo Ejecutivo fecha 8 de enero de 2014 ha adoptado el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&amp;quot;Primero.&lt;/strong&gt; - Declarar la pérdida del derecho al cobro de la subvención concedida, a la convocatoria de subvenciones por el alquiler para asociaciones de gente mayor por el periodo comprendido entre los meses de noviembre de 2010 y octubre de 2011, ambos incluidos, por falta de justificación del total de la subvención concedida, a las asociaciones y por los importes (diferencia entre los documentos contables &amp;quot;D&amp;quot; y&amp;quot;O&amp;quot;) que se detallan:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo&lt;/strong&gt;. - Notificar este acuerdo a las asociaciones interesadas y a la Intervención General del Consejo de Mallorca.&amp;quot;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Contra este acuerdo, que no agota la vía administrativa, podéis interponer recurso de alzada ante la Comisión de Gobierno del Consell Insular de Mallorca, en el plazo de un mes, contador a partir del día siguiente de recibir esta notificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Contra la desestimación expresa de este recurso de alzada podéis interponer recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado contencioso Administrativo de Palma que corresponda en el plazo de dos meses, contadores a partir del día siguiente de recibir la notificación de la desestimación de dicho recurso de alzada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Si han transcurrido tres meses desde la interposición del recurso de alzada y no habéis recibido la notificación de resolución expresa, se entiende desestimado por silencio y podéis interponer el recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado contencioso Administrativo de Palma que corresponda sin limitación de tiempo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;No obstante lo anterior, podéis ejercitar, si procede, cualquier otro recurso que consideréis oportuno. Todo eso de conformidad con la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contenciosa administrativa, y la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
