&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span&gt;1. En el BOIB núm. 166, de 30 de noviembre de 2013, se publicó &lt;/span&gt;la Resolución del director general del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares de 22 de Noviembre&amp;nbsp; de 2013 por la cual se designaban los miembros del Tribunal calificador del concurso-oposición para cubrir plazas vacantes de la categoría de FEA de Cirugía cardiovascular del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares correspondientes al sector sanitario de Ponent (Hospital Son Dureta).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span&gt;2. Se han advertido errores en el nombre de los miembros del tribunal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;h3&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/h3&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span&gt;1. El artículo 105.2 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común, establece que “las Administraciones públicas podrán, asimismo, rectificar en cualquier momento, de oficio o a instancia de los interesados, los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos existentes en sus actos”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span&gt;2. El artículo 56 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, dispone que la revocación de los actos de gravamen o desfavorables y la rectificación de los errores materiales, aritméticos y de hecho en actos y disposiciones adminis­trativas corresponde al órgano que ha dictado el acto o la disposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Rectificar los errores observados en la Resolución del director general del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares de 22 de Noviembre&amp;nbsp; de 2013 por la cual se designan los miembros del Tribunal calificador del concurso-oposición para cubrir plazas vacantes de la categoría de FEA de Cirugía cardiovascular del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares correspondientes al sector sanitario de Ponent (Hospital Son Dureta) (BOIB núm. 166, de 30 de noviembre de 2013).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Publicar esta resolución en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
