&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;DOY FE Y TESTIMONIO:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Que en el Juicio de Faltas nº 352/2013 se ha dictado la presente sentencia, que en su parte dispositiva dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;DEBO ABSOLVER y ABSUELVO &lt;/strong&gt;a &lt;strong&gt;VICTOR DÍAZ&lt;/strong&gt; y a la compañía de seguros &lt;strong&gt;ALPHA INSURANCE&lt;/strong&gt; de la falta de la que han sido denunciados en este proceso, declarando de oficio las costas del presente procedimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Díctese &lt;strong&gt;auto ejecutivo a favor del lesionado JULIO RAMÓN ESPINOSA MIRANDA &lt;/strong&gt;con arreglo a lo establecido en el artículo 13 del Texto Refundido de la Ley sobre Responsabilidad Civil y Seguro en la Circulación de Vehículos a Motor, aprobado por Real Decreto Legislativo 8/2004 de 29 de octubre, y reformado por Ley 21/2007 de 1 de julio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;La presente resolución no es firme y contra la misma cabe interponer recurso de apelación en ambos efectos en este Juzgado para ante la Iltma. Audiencia Provincial de Palma de Mallorca,&amp;nbsp; en el plazo de CINCO DIAS desde su notificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Así por ésta mi sentencia, lo pronuncio, mando y firmo.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Y para que conste y sirva de Notificación de Sentencia a &lt;strong&gt;VICTOR DÍAZ&lt;/strong&gt; y&amp;nbsp; su publicación en el Boletín Oficial de ILLES BALEARS, expido la presente en PALMA DE MALLORCA a 7 de febrero de 2.014.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;EL/LA SECRETARIO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;]]</env:contingut>
