    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Dado que no ha podido tener efecto la notificación de la propuesta de resolución del expediente sancionador por infracción administrativa tipificada en el Reglamento regulador de los mercados temporales de Felanitx, se procede a la notificación de acuerdo con el artículo 59.5 de la Ley 30/1992 de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común, a la persona detallada al anexo y se hace constar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ol&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La persona denunciada dispone de un plazo de 15 (quince) días, a partir del siguiente al de esta publicación, para formular alegaciones y presentar los documentos e informaciones que estimen pertinentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Durante el mismo plazo, le será puesto de manifiesto el expediente para que pueda consultarlo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt;
