&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;ANUNCIO DE APROBACIÓN DEFINITIVA&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Alaior, en sesión &lt;i&gt;ordinaria &lt;/i&gt;celebrada el día 6 / febrero / 2014, acordó la aprobación definitiva de la Ordenanza municipal reguladora de Cementerio, y cuyo texto íntegro se hace público en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en los artículos 49 y 70.2 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local, y en el artículo 56 del Real Decreto Legislativo 781/1986, de 18 de abril, por el que se aprueba el Texto Refundido de las disposiciones legales vigentes en materia de Régimen Local,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Reglamento del cementerio Municipal de Alaior&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;EXPOSICIÓN DE MOTIVOS&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El Reglamento del cementerio municipal tiene ya cerca de 40 años, durante los cuales ha sufrido escasas adaptaciones, habiéndose quedado desfasado en su contenido por el paso del tiempo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;A efectos de adecuarlo a los cambios producidos por el paso del tiempo y la modificación de las costumbres sociales, regular el régimen jurídico de los títulos del cementerio e introducir las nuevas prácticas sociales en relación a la conservación de cenizas en columbarios, desarrollar la aplicación de las nuevas tecnologías de información y comunicación en la Administración del cementerio para dar agilidad a la tramitación de los expedientes relacionados con las actuaciones vecinales en torno al cementerio municipal y aplicar los principios de la Administración electrónica, se hace necesario la adaptación del mismo; en consecuencia, se dispone la aprobación de la adaptación que se sigue:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px; text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;TÍTULO I&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px; text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;DISPOSICIONES GENERALES&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px; text-align: center"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Artículo 1&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Fundamento legal&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Este Ayuntamiento aprueba el presente Reglamento ejerciendo las facultades que le confiere la normativa vigente, en particular los artículos 26.1 &lt;i&gt;a&lt;/i&gt; y 25.2 &lt;i&gt;j&lt;/i&gt; de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, ejerciendo la potestad normativa que regula el artículo 84.1 y ejerciendo la capacidad de decisión sobre la forma de gestión de los servicios públicos locales. Asimismo, tiene presente la Ley General de Sanidad de fecha de 25 de abril de 1986 en su artículo 42.2 &lt;i&gt;e&lt;/i&gt;, el Reglamento de Policía Sanitaria Mortuoria aprobado por Decreto 105/1997, de 24 de julio, y la Ley de Enterramientos en cementerios Municipales, aprobada por Ley 49/1978, de 3 de noviembre. Del mismo modo, tiene presente el Reglamento de Bienes de las Entidades Locales y la configuración del cementerio como bien de dominio público adscrito a la prestación de un servicio público. Por último, tiene presente el Real Decreto Ley 7/1996, de 7 de junio, sobre Medidas Urgentes de Carácter Fiscal y de Fomento y Liberalización de la Actividad Económica, por el que se procede a la liberalización de los servicios funerarios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Artículo 2&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Objeto&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El objeto del presente Reglamento es la regulación del cementerio municipal, el cual tiene la consideración de bien de dominio público adscrito a un servicio público, en cumplimiento del deber de control sanitario de los cementerios y de política sanitaria mortuoria, regulados en los artículos 26 de la Ley Reguladora de Bases de Régimen Local y 42 de la Ley General de Sanidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Artículo 3&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Régimen de gestión del cementerio municipal&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Este cementerio se gestiona mediante el sistema de gestión directa sin órgano especial de administración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La concejalía delegada en materia de cementerios asumirá la dirección de los servicios de cementerio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El cementerio municipal se considera un bien municipal afecto al servicio público de cementerios, sin que proceda la venta del suelo. Solo cabe una concesión administrativa por plazo máximo de 99 años. Al vencimiento del plazo los bienes revertirán al Ayuntamiento de Alaior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por las características del dominio público, el cementerio municipal es imprescriptible, inembargable e inalienable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Artículo 4&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Horario de apertura y cierre&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De lunes a domingo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Horario de visitas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ul&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Desde el 1 de abril hasta el&lt;i&gt; &lt;/i&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;30 de septiembre&lt;/span&gt;, de 8.00 a 19.30 horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Desde el 1 de octubre hasta el &lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;31 de marzo,&lt;/span&gt; de 8.00 a 18.00 horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ul&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Horario de servicios (de lunes a viernes):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Exhumaciones y otros servicios: de 8.00 a 14.00 horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Enterramientos: se realizarán en todo caso transcurridas las 24 horas de la defunción. Preferentemente en horario de mañanas, de 8.00 a 14.00 horas. Asimismo se podrán celebrar enterramientos en horario de tarde, de 20.00 a 22.00 horas, siempre que se trate de un nicho sito en planta baja o superior, no si el enterramiento se realiza en un nicho subterráneo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Artículo 5&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Servicios&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Las instalaciones del cementerio que se encuentran abiertas al público son las unidades de enterramiento y los recintos ocupados por unidades de enterramiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;No obstante lo anterior, las personas titulares de casetas y panteones podrán mantenerlos cerrados siempre que se facilite una llave a la &lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;persona oficial responsable &lt;/span&gt;del cementerio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. El Servicio Municipal de cementerio, bajo la dirección del o de la concejal del área:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Dará cumplimiento a las exigencias del Reglamento de Policía Sanitaria Mortuoria.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Efectuará las previsiones oportunas para que se disponga en todo momento de los suficientes lugares de enterramiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Propondrá al órgano municipal competente la aprobación o modificación de las normas del servicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Realizará el cuidado, limpieza y acondicionamiento del cementerio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Efectuará la distribución y concesión de parcelas y sepulturas, distribuyendo el cementerio entre los diferentes usos, en orden riguroso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Gestionará la percepción de derechos y tasas que procedan por la ocupación de terrenos, licencias de obras y prestación de todo tipo de servicios, reguladas en la correspondiente Ordenanza fiscal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Llevará el registro&lt;sup&gt; &lt;/sup&gt;de enterramientos y sepulturas en un libro foliado y sellado, y aprobado por los órganos competentes en materia sanitaria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Garantizará que los enterramientos que se efectúen en el cementerio municipal se deben realizar sin discriminación por razones de religión ni por cualesquiera otras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Artículo 6&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Derecho de admisión&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se impedirá la entrada a toda persona o grupo que por su estado u otras causas pudiera perturbar la tranquilidad y el orden del recinto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Queda terminantemente prohibido, salvo autorización especial, la entrada de vehículos de tracción mecánica, carros, caballerías u otros animales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px; text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;TÍTULO II&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px; text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;DE LA ADMINISTRACIÓN Y DEL PERSONAL DEL CEMENTERIO&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Artículo 7&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Los libros del cementerio&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Los libros que para la adecuada gestión del cementerio resultan preceptivos serán:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Libro de entierros. En él se consignarán datos de la persona difunta, fecha y causa de defunción, en su caso, y lugar donde está sepultada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Libro de sepulturas. En el cual constarán los datos de las sepulturas y su concesión, de su titular, fecha de vencimiento, obligaciones pendientes y traslación o extinción del derecho concedido. En su caso se harán constar también las autorizaciones para el enterramiento de terceras personas y las licencias de obras otorgadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. Libro de gestión económica. Se harán constar en él los recibos expedidos para el cobro de los derechos conforme a las tarifas que figuran en la Ordenanza fiscal. Mensualmente se elevará el resultado de la gestión a la Tesorería municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La gestión de todos los libros mencionados se realizará preferentemente en soporte informático y sin necesidad de ser elevado a soporte papel, salvo requerimientos de otras administraciones, como el Libro de entierros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Artículo 8&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Dependencias&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Las dependencias y los servicios prestados en el cementerio municipal son los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- cementerio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Sala de velatorio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Aseos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Depósito temporal de cadáveres en cámara frigorífica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Sala de autopsias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Fosa común.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Mantenimiento y ornamentación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Información.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Aparcamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Además, en el Ayuntamiento y con referencia al cementerio se prestan los siguientes servicios:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Información.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Oficinas y gestión económica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por último, el cementerio dispondrá de los suficientes nichos, fosas, panteones y depósitos cinerarios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Artículo 9 &lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Personal del cementerio&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;Las funciones &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;de la persona oficial responsable &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;del cementerio serán:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;a) Dar sepultura a los difuntos, realizando las operaciones materiales necesarias para la inhumación o exhumación, en su caso, y cierre y cubrimiento de la sepultura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;b) Cuidar del aseo del cementerio y de sus dependencias. De la ornamentación del recinto interior y de la conservación de las plantas y arbolado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;c) Dar traslado de cuantas incidencias sucedan en el cementerio a las oficinas del cementerio para su información a los afectados y a la concejalía del área.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;d) Custodiar cuantos objetos existan en el lugar, tanto de ornamentación de sepulturas, como elementos, enseres y herramientas necesarias para su servicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;e) Marcar con un rotulador de tinta indeleble la identificación de los nichos ocupados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;f) Mantener en perfectas condiciones de limpieza la sala de autopsias y depósito de cadáveres y la cámara frigorífica, y el instrumental necesario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;g) Recibir y conducir los cadáveres y restos que se le entreguen para su inhumación, realizando las operaciones necesarias para su trato y gestión adecuados. Recabar en todo caso la presentación de la DRE3 (Declaración responsable de enterramiento de terceros).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;h) En caso de que la persona particular interesada no haya presentado con anterioridad en el Ayuntamiento la anterior DRE3, comprobará asimismo la conformidad de la documentación a aportar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;, de acuerdo con el artículo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;i) Cuidar del funcionamiento del horno destinado a la destrucción de ropas, utensilios fúnebres y enseres procedentes de la limpieza de las sepulturas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;j) Conservar la llave del cementerio y custodiar las de las casetas que por la presente norma vengan obligadas a quedar en poder del servicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;k) Velar por el buen orden dentro del recinto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;l) Ejecutar las ordenes emanadas del o de la concejal responsable del servicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;m) No ausentarse del cementerio en horario de trabajo, salvo necesidades del sesrvicio o que sea requerido para ello.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;n) Trasladar parte diario de incidencias y labores realizadas a las oficinas municipales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Artículo 10&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Funciones del personal de oficinas&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;a) Mantener actualizados los libros del cementerio y sus padrones, ello implicará el control de las inhumaciones, exhumaciones, enterramientos, autorizaciones, arrendamientos, concesiones, colocación de lapidas, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;b) Atención al público y a los demandantes de servicios que se prestan en el cementerio municipal. Se podrán certificar los contenidos de los libros, a favor de los titulares de algún derecho sobre los mismos, acreditatarios de intereses legítimos o personas afectadas por su contenido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;c) Trasladar a los particulares y al o a la concejal del servicio las incidencias puestas de manifiesto en los partes del servicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;d) Realizar los cobros y recibos de los servicios directos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;e) Liquidar con la Tesorería municipal con la frecuencia que por los servicios de Tesorería requieran, los ingresos procedentes de la gestión del servicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;f) Gestionar los cambios de titulares y el ejercicio del derecho de transmisión, compra ventas, contratos de arrendamiento de nichos, DRIO (declaraciones responsables de inicio de obras), DRE3 (Declaración responsable de enterramiento de terceros), colocación de lapidas y cuantas gestiones administrativas se deriven del buen orden documental del servicio del cementerio municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;g) Comprobar el cumplimiento de los requisitos legales para la inhumación, exhumación, traslado u otro trámite o expediente complementario derivado de los anteriores a realizar de acuerdo con la presente ordenanza de Ordenación del cementerio municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;h) Poner a disposición de los usuarios las hojas de reclamaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;i) Tener a disposición de la Consejería de Sanidad los Libros de Enterramientos y otra documentación que resulte preceptiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;j) Proponer las modificaciones necesarias en los modelos de documentación utilizados por el servicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px; text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;TÍTULO III &lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px; text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;DE LAS SEPULTURAS&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Artículo 11&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Estructura del cementerio&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El cementerio municipal se estructura en 4 recintos para la utilización como lugar de enterramiento:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- el recinto antiguo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- el recinto moderno&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- el recinto nuevo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- el sector de la ampliación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;Auxiliarmente en el&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;recinto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;b&gt; &lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;existe una zona de columbario para el depósito de cenizas procedentes de la cremación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En el plano que se adjunta a la presente ordenanza se grafían cada uno de los recintos y la numeración de las sepulturas que contienen y del tipo de sepultura que en cada zona se puede levantar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La realización de ampliaciones del cementerio, entre tanto no se modifique la presente ordenanza, requerirá que por el o por la concejal del área se aprueben los nuevos planos de numeración de sepulturas, con indicación de los tipos de sepulturas que en cada área se pueden construir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Artículo 12&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Fosas, nichos, columbarios, panteones y casetas&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Los lugares de enterramiento que este Ayuntamiento cede están sometidos a concesión administrativa. Así, como consecuencia de su calificación como bienes de dominio público, la totalidad de las instalaciones, incluidos los lugares de enterramiento gozan de inalienabilidad, inembargabilidad e imprescriptibilidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Las medidas de cada uno de los lugares de enterramiento se adaptarán en el momento de su construcción a lo dispuesto en el Reglamento de Policía Sanitaria Mortuoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Entre tanto no se habilite un espacio adecuado para columbario, serán utilizados para este fin los nichos de propiedad municipal situados en el sector de nichos de párvulos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Los panteones y casetas de nueva planta serán construidos por los titulares de la concesión del suelo en el cementerio municipal, a cuyo fin presentarán la documentación técnica necesaria, que será suficiente para su trámite ante la Consejería de Sanidad. Deberá reunir las condiciones adecuadas de salud ambiental y cumplir la normativa sanitaria mortuoria y la presente ordenanza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El Ayuntamiento en el momento de la construcción o autorización de un panteón o caseta determinará la capacidad de los espacios para enterramiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;Será compatible la celebración de una nueva inhumación con la existencia de restos en el mismo nicho o lugar de enterramiento, hasta llegar a su capacidad de saturación, lo cual será informado por la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;persona oficial responsable del cementerio&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt; en el momento de realizar operaciones de exhumación o inhumación en los respectivos lugares de enterramiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;Columbarios. L&lt;/span&gt;as cenizas serán colocadas en estuches de cenizas, figurando en el exterior el nombre de la persona difunta. Estos estuches serán depositados en los nichos de párvulos, mientras no existan dependencias más adecuadas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Mediante la correspondiente Ordenanza fiscal, anualmente se fijarán las tarifas a cobrar por los correspondientes servicios. Asimismo, se establecerán las tasas por inhumaciones y exhumaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Artículo 13&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Plazo de duración del derecho funerario permanente&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El derecho funerario sobre un nicho o sepultura se concederá por el plazo máximo de 99 años.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Artículo 14&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Plazo de duración del derecho funerario temporal&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El Ayuntamiento deberá conceder a las personas que no resulten titulares de un derecho funerario permanente la posibilidad de gozar de un derecho funerario temporal en nichos y sepulturas en régimen de alquiler.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se establecen tres modalidades de arrendamiento de la sepultura:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Cuando las causas de defunción sean de las incluidas en el grupo II del anexo II del Reglamento de Policía Sanitaria Mortuoria,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal; margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Derecho funerario de un año de duración. El contrato en que se materialice esta relación jurídica llevará implícito el abono de los costes de inhumación, depósito, ornamentación, limpieza y exhumación. En el presente caso, no cabe la prórroga de la relación jurídica salvo causas imprevisibles en el momento de la contratación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal; margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Derecho funerario de 5 años de duración. Se podrá incluir en el contrato el conjunto de las operaciones necesarias durante este plazo de tiempo: (inhumación, depósito, ornamentación, limpieza y exhumación), se tendrá en consideración que el plazo podrá ser prorrogado por periodos de igual duración, con la salvedad de la falta de nichos disponibles para nuevos arrendamientos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal; margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;A estos efectos declarada la situación de falta de nichos disponibles, se procederá a considerar improrrogables en primer lugar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal; margin-left: 80px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2.1.) Contratos de arrendamiento que no hayan sido renovados por el particular o existan deudas pendientes sobre los mismos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 80px; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2.2.) Contratos de arrendamiento de mayor duración, al vencimiento del plazo de vigencia del arrendamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Cuando la causa de defunción sea una de las incluidas en el grupo I del artículo 27, una vez realizada la inhumación no podrá procederse a la apertura de la sepultura hasta el transcurso del plazo de 5 años, por lo que si el plazo de vigencia del contrato de arrendamiento es inferior a este, deberá procederse previamente a la prórroga del mismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. Cuando la causa de defunción sea una de las incluidas en el grupo II del citado artículo 26, deberá transcurrir un año antes de la cada nueva inhumación, no se podrá practicar una nueva inhumación cuando el tiempo que falte para el vencimiento del contrato sea inferior al año, salvo que se proceda a prorrogar el mismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El número máximo de prórrogas no podrá superar el plazo máximo de duración de la concesión, establecida en 99 años.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Artículo 15&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Declaración responsable de inicio de obras&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Los particulares que quieran realizar obras de mantenimiento en los terrenos del cementerio sobre el que tengan otorgado un título concesional podrán realizar obras previa tramitación de la oportuna documentación. A estos efectos, será necesaria la presentación de una Declaración Responsable de Inicio de Obra o solicitarlo junto a Declaración Responsable de enterramiento para la ejecución de todas las obras de mantenimiento y colocación de lápidas que pretendan realizar, de acuerdo con los modelos de solicitud que facilite el propio Ayuntamiento, acompañados de la documentación que en dichos modelos se establezca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La realización de panteones u obras de nueva construcción , además de la aportación de la documentación requerida en los modelos que se aprueben, exigirá la obtención previa de licencia municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: left"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Artículo 16&lt;br /&gt; Contenido del contrato título del derecho funerario&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El derecho funerario quedará reconocido en el contrato título a través del cual se formalice la relación entre la persona titular del derecho funerario y el Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Dicho contrato, hará mención al menos a los siguientes aspectos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Identificación de la unidad de enterramiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Fecha de adjudicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. Se hará constar también, en su caso, la fecha de la última inhumación practicada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4. Tiempo de duración del derecho y tiempo restante para su reversión al Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;5. Nombre, apellidos, NIF, domicilio, domicilio electrónico, beneficiarios, en su caso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;6. Limitaciones o condiciones especiales de uso impuestas por la persona titular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Artículo 17&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Plazo para la ejecución de obras&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Toda obra de reforma, mantenimiento o colocación de lápida deberá estar ejecutada en el plazo máximo de tres meses a contar de la presentación de la DRIO o DRE.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Las obras que requieran de autorización deberán ejecutarse en el plazo máximo de un año. Sin perjuicio de lo anterior, el o la concejal del servicio podrá autorizar una prórroga de la misma por periodo de la mitad del autorizado inicialmente, de tal manera que la duración máxima de la obra no pueda exceder de 18 meses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px; text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;TITULO IV &lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px; text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;DERECHOS Y OBLIGACIONES DE LOS TITULARES DE LOS DERECHOS FUNERARIOS&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Artículo 18&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Derechos y obligaciones de los titulares de las concesiones sobre las unidades de enterramiento&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Sin perjuicio de las ya reguladas en los artículos precedentes se establecen las siguientes obligaciones a los titulares de una concesión administrativa sobre un espacio de enterramiento (nichos, sepulturas, casetas, columbarios, etc.):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Solicitar autorización municipal o presentar una declaración responsable para aquellas actividades que lo requieran.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Presentar la documentación que acredite la correcta ejecución de las obras, antes de la utilización de las sepulturas contenidas en casetas y panteones ejecutados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. Coadyuvar en la conservación del cementerio municipal, mediante el pago de las tasas que el Ayuntamiento establezca a tal fin. El impago de estas cantidades dará lugar a que por el Ayuntamiento se proceda a la realización de un expediente de reversión de la concesión por incumplimiento de sus cláusulas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4. Entregar al Ayuntamiento una copia de las llaves de la caseta o panteón cuyo titulo concesional ostente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Mediante el uso adecuado de esta llave, el Ayuntamiento podrá permitir que personas con relación familiar hasta el 4º grado de las allí enterradas puedan visitar estas tumbas de manera ocasional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;5. Disponer y autorizar el enterramiento en su propiedad de sus familiares, u otras personas, bien por especial afección o por motivos humanitarios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;6. Las propiedades se podrán transmitir por un precio no superior al que figura en la ordenanza municipal para la adquisición de derechos funerarios y por el plazo que reste hasta la finalización de la concesión administrativa, siempre que se transmita el 100% de la propiedad del nicho.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;7. Los familiares de las personas enterradas en una construcción funeraria, hasta el 4º grado de consanguinidad o afinidad, tendrán derecho de tanteo, y, en su caso, retracto, de toda transmisión que se realice, para lo cual la persona transmitente deberá presentar declaración responsable que acredite haber realizado esta oferta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;A falta de acreditación del ejercicio del derecho de tanteo, surgirá el ejercicio al derecho de retracto, por el plazo de un año a contar del momento en que se tuvo conocimiento de la transmisión, y siempre que no hayan transcurrido 5 años de la misma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;8. Los particulares vendrán obligados a actualizar los títulos y padrones municipales mediante las correspondientes declaraciones que afecten a la propiedad del bien. La falta de actualización de los títulos correspondientes permitirá al Ayuntamiento iniciar expediente de recuperación de la concesión que figure a favor de una persona fallecida, transcurridos 5 años desde el óbito.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Si la persona fallecida lo hubiera hecho sin dejar persona beneficiaria ni ninguna persona en calidad de heredera legítima, se entenderá realizada la cesión en favor del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;9. Los titulares de un derecho de enterramiento podrán designar persona beneficiaria del plazo que resulte pendiente hasta el cumplimiento de los 99 años de duración de la concesión. En defecto de esta designación expresa, se transmitirá la sepultura a los herederos testamentarios o legítimos de la persona titular, en partes proporcionales a lo que resulte del reparto de herencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;10. El Ayuntamiento inscribirá y llevará actualizado el Libro Registro de las Concesiones otorgadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;11. Deberá de notificar al Ayuntamiento las variaciones de domicilio, domicilio electrónico, teléfono y otros datos de influencia en las relaciones respecto del derecho funerario que ostenta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;12. Retirar a su costa las obras y ornamentos de su propiedad al extinguirse el derecho funerario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Artículo 19&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Derechos y Obligaciones de los arrendatarios de los espacios de enterramiento&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Las personas titulares de un contrato de arrendamiento de duración superior al año, vendrán obligadas, una vez suscrito el contrato a:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1.1. Abonar el arrendamiento y los costes anuales de ornamentación y limpieza del recinto del cementerio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1.2. Prorrogar el contrato a su vencimiento. La falta de prórroga una vez transcurridos 6 meses desde el vencimiento del plazo de vigencia del contrato, implicará la renuncia a la prórroga del mismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1.3. Hacerse cargo de la exhumación de los cadáveres depositados en las sepulturas arrendadas al vencimiento del plazo del contrato.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Los beneficiarios de estos títulos tendrán derecho a que sean enterrados en esta sepultura aquellas personas que autoricen, siempre que transcurra al menos el mínimo del plazo reglamentario entre óbito y óbito. (Véase anexo de las causas de fallecimiento). En este caso, si el plazo de vencimiento que resta para la finalización del contrato es inferior a un año, requerirá previamente la prórroga del mismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. Deberá de notificar al Ayuntamiento las variaciones de domicilio, domicilio electrónico, teléfono y otros datos de influencia en las relaciones respecto del derecho funerario que ostenta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4. Retirar a su costa las obras y ornamentos de su propiedad al extinguirse el derecho funerario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

 &lt;span style="display: none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;
&lt;/div&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Artículo 20&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Caducidad&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Podrá declararse la caducidad de un derecho funerario, y revertirá al Ayuntamiento en los siguientes casos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Por el estado ruinoso de la edificación. La declaración del estado de ruina requerirá de expediente municipal al efecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. El incumplimiento de una orden de ejecución que de lugar a ejecución subsidiaria de obras por parte del Ayuntamiento, previo expediente tramitado al efecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. La falta de prórroga de los arrendamientos temporales al vencimiento del plazo del contrato.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4. La falta de pago de los gastos de conservación y limpieza del cementerio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Caducado, extinguido o declarado improrrogable a su vencimiento un contrato de arrendamiento de un derecho funerario el servicio del cementerio municipal podrá desocupar la unidad de enterramiento y practicar las exhumaciones que procedan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Ello sin perjuicio de las actuaciones previas de concesión de un plazo para la desocupación voluntaria de la unidad y de la liquidación de los cargos a quienes resulten obligados a ello.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Artículo 21&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Normas de conducta de los usuarios y visitantes&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Queda prohibida:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- &lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;La entrada de animales al cementerio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- &lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;El aparcamiento fuera de los lugares destinados a tal efecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- &lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;Cualquier falta de respeto que perturbe el recogimiento del lugar, guardando siempre el orden debido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- &lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;Fumar y comer en las instalaciones del cementerio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- &lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;Caminar por fuera de los caminos, pisando las tumbas o las flores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Cualquier persona que perturbe gravemente el funcionamiento del cementerio podrá ser expulsada con carácter inmediato de las instalaciones. En el supuesto de ser necesario, se requerirá el concurso de la fuerza pública para que ejecute dicha expulsión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El Servicio del cementerio pondrá a disposición de los usuarios hojas de reclamaciones y asimismo posibilitará que los consumidores puedan expresar su opinión sobre la prestación del servicio mediante la aportación de observaciones y sugerencias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Artículo 22 &lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Derecho de los consumidores y su aportación a la mejora de la prestación del servicio&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El servicio del cementerio tratará con el máximo respeto a los usuarios del mismo, tratando de respetar su derecho como consumidores del servicio. A tal fin pondrá a disposición de los usuarios del mismo hojas de reclamaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Facilitará que los consumidores expresen su opinión sobre el funcionamiento del servicio, mediante la aportación de observaciones y sugerencias, que serán inicialmente analizadas, estudiadas e implementadas, si resultaren oportunas y posibles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Artículo 23&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Empresas funerarias&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Las empresas funerarias que ejerzan su actividad propia en este Municipio deberán adecuarse a la Ordenanza municipal reguladora de los servicios funerarios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px; text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;TÍTULO V&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px; text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;INHUMACIONES Y EXHUMACIONES&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px; text-align: center"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Artículo 24&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Inhumaciones&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Las inhumaciones deberán realizarse en fosas o nichos del cementerio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Para inhumar el cadáver en panteones construidos en el cementerio, será necesario acreditar que estos reúnen las condiciones sanitarias adecuadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Si la inhumación se va a realizar en otro Municipio, el traslado de cadáveres sometidos a los medios de conservación transitoria se realizará en féretro y siempre por medio de coche fúnebre, o en furgón de ferrocarril o barco. En caso de traslados por vía aérea, el cadáver tendrá que ser previamente embalsamado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La documentación a acompañar para la realización de una inhumación será:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ol&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Acta de defunción, suscrita por personal médico competente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Licencia de enterramiento, facilitada por el Juzgado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Autorización para la ocupación del nicho, en caso de no ser la persona fallecida la titular del mismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Justificante del pago de las operaciones a realizar. En sustitución de este documento se podrá presentar impreso de declaración de la liquidación de los servicios solicitados, que deberá abonarse en el plazo de 15 días a contar desde la prestación del servicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Al realizar los servicios solicitados, el Ayuntamiento procederá a la realización de aquellos servicios mínimos imprescindibles para poder cumplir la solicitud. De dichos servicios el Ayuntamiento procederá a realizar una liquidación complementaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ol&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Con la presentación de la documentación anterior se entenderá automáticamente autorizado lo solicitado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Artículo 25&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Traslados en el mismo cementerio&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Si los cadáveres a exhumar pertenecen al grupo II del artículo 27, podrá autorizarse por la Alcaldía la exhumación en los casos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Para su inmediata reinhumación dentro del mismo cementerio, sustituyendo el féretro por otro, cuando aquel no reúna las condiciones adecuadas de sanidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- La exhumación de cadáveres, cuando se proceda a su reinhumación inmediata dentro del mismo cementerio, sin sustitución de féretro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Artículo 26&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Traslado a otros municipios&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En la exhumación y traslado para su posterior reinhumación en otro municipio será preceptivo contar con la autorización de la Consejería de Sanidad para el transporte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Artículo 27&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Clasificación sanitaria de los cadáveres y lugar de enterramiento&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se clasifican los cadáveres en dos grupos, según las causas de defunción:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Grupo I&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Los de las personas cuya causa de defunción represente un peligro sanitario como es el cólera, la viruela, carbunco y aquellas otras que se determinen por el órgano competente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Los cadáveres contaminados por productos radiactivos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Grupo II&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;- Cualquier otra persona fallecida por causa distinta a las incluidas en el grupo I.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Los cadáveres del Grupo I serán enterrados debiendo guardarse las condiciones sanitarias especificadas expresamente en el Reglamento de Policía Mortuoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;D&lt;/b&gt;&lt;b&gt;isposición adicional única&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En todo lo no previsto en la presente Ordenanza se estará sujeto a lo establecido en el Reglamento de Policía Mortuoria y en la Ley de Enterramientos en Cementerios Municipales. Esta Ordenanza se completa con la Ordenanza Fiscal Reguladora de la Tasa por Prestación del Servicio en el Cementerio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Disposición transitoria única&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Será competencia del o de la concejal responsable la preparación de los modelos y documentos que el presente Reglamento requiere para su adecuada tramitación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Disposición final única&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;El presente Reglamento entrará en vigor a los veinte días de su publicación en el boletín oficial de la provincia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
