&lt;p class="western" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1- Instalaciones del parque acuático : Hasta un máximo de 20 puntos. Se tendrán en cuenta las instalaciones que se prevean del parque de acuerdo con el contenido de la Memória que se presente, comparando entre si las diferentes propuestas de parques aquàticos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2 - Ofrecimiento de actividades a la población alaiorense, y la valoración de las mismas &lt;b&gt;.&lt;/b&gt; Hasta un máximo de 10 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se valorarà la oferta de actividades gratuitas para la población alaiorense, de acuerdo con el presupuesto estimado de las mismas, se tendrá en cuenta el horario, facilidades para la realización de la prestación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;4.Valor estimado del contrato:&lt;/b&gt; 12.000 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;5. Presupuesto base de licitación: &lt;/b&gt; 6.000€/año&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
