    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;De acuerdo con lo que prevén los artículos 59.5 y 61 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común, se notifica a las personas relacionadas a continuación que, de conformidad a lo dispuesto en el Reglamento del procedimiento sancionador, la Instructora de los expedientes sancionadores que se indican en el anexo del presente Edicto, basándose en los fundamentos que de manera específica y sucinta han sido explicados en cada uno de ellos, ha formulado la Propuesta de Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;Se les comunica que disponen de un plazo de audiencia y vista del expediente de 15 días para formular alegaciones y presentar documentos que estimen pertinentes con la advertencia de que si transcurrido el citado plazo no las presentaran, se declarará conclusa la fase de instrucción y no se admitirán ni serán tenidas en cuenta otras alegaciones. Asimismo se les comunica que si reconocen su responsabilidad podrá resolverse el procedimiento mediante el pago voluntario de la sanción propuesta que deberá efectuarse en el Servicio de Recaudación Municipal (C/ can Vich nº 14 de Calvià). Los expedientes están en el Departamento de Inspección e Infracciones del Ayuntamiento de Calvià ( C/ Julià Bujosa Sans, batle, núm. 1 de Calvià). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
