    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Como consecuencia del expediente incoado en el área de Servicios Sociales y Familia referente a la aprobación de cuotas del centro de dia “Brot de Gínjol” y al haber intentado la notificación por agente notificador de este Ayuntamiento, sin resultado positivo, por el presente edicto se notifica a Angela Covas Salom con DNI 41232007E de conformidad con lo que se dispone en el artículo 59.5 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común, el escrito de fecha 4 de noviembre de 2013, que transcrito dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;De conformidad con lo que dispone el artículo 192.2 del Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales, le comunico que el Alcalde, en fecha 5 de septiembre de 2013, ha dictado la siguiente Resolución:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;AREA: SERVICIOS SOCIALES Y FAMILIA&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;ASUNTO: Aprobación cuotas centro de dia “Brot de Gínjol” MAYO/2012&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;DECRETO DE ALCALDIA&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Marratxí 2 de mayo de 2012&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Examinado el padrón correspondiente a la tasa de prestación del servicio de atención al centro de día “Brot de Gínjol”, esta Alcaldía, haciendo uso de las atribucines que le confiere la normativa vigente, tiene a bien dictar la siguiente:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1. Aprobar el cargo correspondiente a la tasa de prestación del servicio de atención al centro de día mes de MAYO/2012 con el núm. 052012.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2. Notificar esta resolución al negociado de Tesorería y al área de Servicios Sociales y Familia a los efectos oportunos.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Lo manda y firma el Alcalde, sr. Tomeu Oliver Palou. Doy fe&lt;/em&gt;.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;De conformidad con lo que dispone el artículo 58.2, de la Ley 30/1992, de 29 de noviembre de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común (LRJPAC), contra la presente resolución, que es definitiva en vía administrativa, se podrá interponver ante el Alcalde y en el plazo de UN MES contado a partir del día siguiente al de la recepción de la presente notificación, el preceptivo RECURSO DE REPOSICIÓN previsto en el artículo 108 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 d’abril, Reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local (LRBRL), en relación al artículo 14.2 del Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, mediante el cual se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El mencionado recurso de reposición se entenderá desestimado si transcurriera otro mes sin que se notifique su resolución.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Contra la desestimación expresa o presunta del recurso de reposición, que pone fin a la via administrativa, podrá interponer recurso contencioso administrativo, ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso Administrativo de Palma de Mallorca, en el plazo de DOS MESES, contados desde el siguiente día al de la notificación de la resolución desestimatoria si fuera expresa. Si no lo fuera, el plazo será de SEIS MESES, contados desde el día siguiente a aquel en que el referido recurso de reposición se entenderá desestimado de forma presunta.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;No obstante, podrá utilizar cualquier otro recurso si lo cree oportuno.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;IMPORTE DEL PAGO: 381,15 €. El pago de la presente liquidación deberá hacerse en los siguientes términos (artículo: 62.2 Ley General Tributaria):&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ol style="list-style-type: lower-alpha"&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Si la notificación se realiza entre los días &amp;nbsp;1 y 15 de cada mes, desde la fecha de recepción de la notificación hasta el día 20 del mes posterior o, si éste no fuera hábil, hasta el día hábil siguiente.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Si la notificación se realiza entre los días 16 y último de cada mes, desde la fecha de recepción de la notificación hasta el día 5 del siguiente mes, o, si&amp;nbsp; éste no fuera hábil, hasta el día hábil siguiente.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ol&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La deuda no satisfecha en el periodo voluntario se exigirà en via de apremio, meritando el correspondiente recargo, intereses de demora y costes.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;LUGAR DE PAGO: El recibo que se libra en el presente Decreto se podrá hacer efectivo en &amp;nbsp;LA CAIXA en el núm. de cuenta 2100-2097-72-0200002157 haciendo constar los datos del recibo (núm. recibo, nombre y apellidos y DNI)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
