    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p class="western"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;El Consejo Ejecutivo del Consejo Insular de Menorca de fec&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;ha 10/02/2014, ha aproba&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;do el pliego de cláusulas administrativas particulares y el de prescripciones técnicas del contrato de servicios para la vigilancia y seguridad de algunos edificios públicos y servicios del Consejo Insular de Menorca, por procedimiento abierto y tramitación ordinaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Estos pliegos pueden ser objeto de recurso especial en materia de contratación, de acuerdo con los artículos 40.2 y 44.2 del RDL 3/2011, de 14 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la ley de contratos del sector público (TRLCSP), en el plazo de quince días (15) hábiles, contados a partir del día siguiente al día en que se publique el anuncio en el DOUE.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
