    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En el ejercicio de las competencias que el artículo 21 de la Ley 7/85, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases del régimen local, el artículo 81 de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Islas Baleares y el artículo 41 del Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales (ROF), aprobado por el RD 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, atribuyen a esta Alcaldía,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Y en cumplimiento del que dispone el Decreto 105/97 de 24 de julio, modificado por el Decreto 87/2004, de 15 de octubre, de Policía Sanitaria Mortuoria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;HE RESUELTO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.-&lt;/strong&gt; Proceder al traspaso de titularidad de la capilla 8 de la Vía de San Juan, que consta de 17 nichos y un osario, a favor de las personas detalladas a continuación. Se entiende que los nichos están numerados de forma correlativa empezando por la parte izquierda superior y en orientación descendente (por columnas):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.- &lt;/strong&gt;Publicar el contenido del presente en el BOIB durante treinta días, a los efectos de que todas aquellas personas que crean tener mayor derecho sobre los mencionados nichos puedan presentar las alegaciones que consideren oportunas ante el Ayuntamiento de Sencelles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero .-&lt;/strong&gt; Que del presente Decreto se informe al Pleno del Ayuntamiento en la primera sesión que este celebre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
