    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La consejera ejecutiva de Hacienda y Función Pública ha dictado, en fecha de hoy, la siguiente resolución:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;“1. El artículo 15 de la Ley 3/2007, de 27 de marzo, de la Función Pública de la comunidad autónoma de las Illes Balears, en materia de nombramiento de funcionarios interinos y de acuerdo con lo que se establece en el artículo 4 del Decreto 30/2009 de 22 de mayo, por el que se aprueba&amp;nbsp; el procedimiento de selección de funcionarios interinos al servicio de la Administración de la comunidad autónoma de las Illes Balears, cuando se agote una bolsa, no haya ninguna anterior que disponga de aspirantes y se prevea la necesidad de cobertura de vacantes per a diferentes escalas, clases o categorías, se deberá hacer una convocatoria pública de concurso para constituir una nueva bolsa con los aspirantes que superen el nivel mínimo exigido, ordenados de acuerdo con el baremo establecido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Vista la propuesta de la Junta Calificadora de fecha 9 de enero 2014 de aprobación del listado provisional de méritos de los aspirantes seleccionados para constituir dos bolsas de médico, realizada como consecuencia de la Resolución de la consejera ejecutiva de Hacienda y Función Pública de fecha 1 de octubre de 2013 (BOIB núm.139, de día 10 de octubre de 2014).&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. En fecha 13 de enero del aspirante Alicia Yllas Moreno solicita revisar la puntuación otorgada y adjunta nueva documentación para el baremo de méritos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En fecha 27 de enero de 2014 la Junta revisa de oficio y considera correcta la valoración realizada. De acuerdo con la base 2 del anexo II de la convocatoria, no se admiten los méritos que han sido presentados una vez finalizado el plazo de presentación de instancias, por lo que la Junta desestima y no valora esta documentación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.-&lt;/strong&gt; Aprobar, de conformidad con la propuesta efectuada por la Junta Calificadora, la lista definitiva de aspirantes seleccionados para constituir dos bolsas de la subescala, clase o categoría de médico con la puntuación obtenida y el número de orden de prelación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.- &lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;Esta resolución se publicará en el Boletín Oficial de les Illes Balears y se expondrá al público en el tablón de edictos del edificio de la Llar de la Infancia y a efecto informativo, en la página web del Consell de Mallorca, para el conocimiento de les personas interesadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.-&lt;/strong&gt; Contra esta resolución, que no pone fin a la vía administrativa se puede interponer el recurso de alzada delante de la Presidencia del Consell de Mallorca, dentro del plazo de un mes, a partir del día siguiente al de la publicación de la presente resolución en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra la desestimación expresa del recurso de alzada podrá interponerse el recurso contencioso administrativo, en el plazo de dos meses,&amp;nbsp; a partir del día siguiente al de la recepción de la notificación de la desestimación del mencionado recurso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Una vez transcurridos tres meses desde la interposición del recurso sin que se haya notificado la resolución, podrá interponerse el recurso contencioso administrativo, contra la desestimación presunta del recurso de alzada, sin limitación temporal, mientras no haya resolución expresa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;No obstante lo anterior, se puede ejercitar, cualquier otro recurso que se crea pertinente. Todo de conformidad con la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contenciosa administrativa y de la Ley 4/1999, de 13 de enero, de modificación de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
