    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por no haber podido sere efectuada la notificación en los domicilios que figuran a los &amp;nbsp;expedientes de referencia, que a continuación se relacionan , no haber contestado a los avisos dejados y no tener conocimiento de ningún otro, por el presente edicto se notifica que :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Como consecuéncia de las denuncias formuladas i comprovadas por los Servicios Municipales correspondientes, se les&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;concedió el plazo que determina la Ley de procedimiento Administrativo Común (B.O.E. 285, de 27 de noviembre de 1.992) para formular las alegaciones y presentar los documentos que crean oportunos, no obstante, habiendo trascurrido el plazo sin que se haya formulado &amp;nbsp;ninguna alegación, &amp;nbsp;es por lo que, y prévia&amp;nbsp; a la resolución de los expedientes, se les concede una nueva audiéncia, al objecto de que, en el plazo de DIEZ DIAS, para formular las alegaciones que estimen &amp;nbsp;pertinentes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
