    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;No habiendo sido posible la notificación de las Resoluciones de desestimaciones de los recursos de alzada por ignorarse el domicilio o no haberse localizado a los destinatarios, se notifica por este Edicto, en virtud de lo dispuesto en el artículo 59.4 de la Ley 4/1999 de modificación de la ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común, a las personas que a continuación se relacionan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Dichas resoluciones agotan la vía administrativa y contra las mismas podrán interponer recurso contencioso-administrativo en el plazo de dos meses, a contar desde el día siguiente a la práctica de la notificación, ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso-Administrativo, en la forma y condiciones previstas en la Ley de dicha jurisdicción. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Instrucciones para el pago de la multa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1º.- La resolución de desestimación de recurso se halla, junto al expediente sancionador, a su disposición en la Sección de Sanciones de la Consejería de Salud, sita en plaza de España, 9 – 07002 de Palma. El pago de las sanciones deberá efectuarse con el documento de ingreso remitido en su momento junto la resolución del Director General de Salud Pública y Consumo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2º.- Para hacer efectivo el pago en el periodo voluntario el Reglamento General de Recaudación establece los siguientes plazos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;a) Las notificaciones practicadas entre los días 1 y 15 de cada mes, desde el día de la notificación, hasta el día 20 del mes siguiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;b)Las notificaciones practicadas entre los días 16 y último de cada mes, desde la fecha de la notificación, hasta el día 5 del segundo mes&amp;nbsp; posterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Si el último día de pago fuese sábado, domingo o festivo, se extenderá el plazo de pago al hábil inmediato posterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3º.- El pago del importe de la multa habrá de ser efectuado, mediante el documento de ingreso remitido en su momento junto a la Resolución del Director General de Salud Pública y Consumo, en la Caja de la Consejería de Hacienda y Presupuestos de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, o bien&amp;nbsp; en cualquiera de las entidades bancarias relacionadas a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
