&lt;p style="text-align: left"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;1. La Ley Orgánica 8/2013, de 9 de diciembre, para la mejora de la calidad educativa (LOMCE), el Real Decreto 1363/2007, de 24 de octubre de la ordenación general de las enseñanzas deportivas de régimen especial y la Orden de la consejera de Educación y Cultura de 28 de julio de 2008 de regulación de las enseñanzas deportivas de régimen especial en las Illes Balears, establecen que la oferta educativa se debe flexibilizar para que sea compatible con otras actividades deportivas o laborales. En el artículo 24 b) del RD establece que se debe hacer “En régimen de enseñanza presencial o a distancia” y en el apartado 24.2 que la Administración educativa, en el ámbito de sus competencias, establecerá las medidas necesarias para la organización de la oferta”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;2. La disposición final primera de la Orden de la consejera de Educación y Cultura de 28 de julio de 2008, autoriza al director general de Planificación, Inspección e Infraestructuras Educativas (actualmente Dirección General de Planificación, Infraestructuras Educativas y Recursos Humanos) para disponer la realización de las actuaciones administrativas necesarias para la ejecución, desarrollo y para la concreción de esta Orden, en cuanto a las enseñanzas deportivas de régimen especial que se deban desarrollar en las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;3. La disposición transitoria primera del Real Decreto 1363/2007, de 24 de octubre, establece las formaciones de periodo transitorio y da a los órganos competentes en materia deportiva de cada Comunidad Autónoma las competencias para promover y/o autorizar estas formaciones. Estas formaciones del periodo transitorio quedan reguladas en la Orden EDU/3186/2010, de 7 de diciembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;4. Con la Resolución del director general de Planificación, Infraestructuras Educativas y Recursos Humanos de 22 de julio de 2013 (BOIB núm. 136, de 3 de octubre) se reguló y organizó la oferta en régimen semi presencial de las enseñanzas deportivas de régimen especial y del bloque común de las formaciones de período transitorio, y del procedimiento de solicitud y autorización de este tipo de oferta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;5. La Consejería competente en Deportes delegó en la Escuela Balear del Deporte (EBE) actualmente Fundación para el Deporte Balear, la posibilidad de promover y/o autorizar las formaciones de las federaciones autonómicas y españolas en período transitorio. El Decreto 2/2009, de 16 de enero, regula las actividades de formación que imparten las federaciones deportivas en las Illes Balears concretando el procedimiento de solicitud de autorización.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;6. Posteriormente la Orden EDU/581/2011, de 7 de marzo, por la que se modifica la Orden EDU/3186/2010, de 7 de diciembre, da una nueva redacción al artículo 25 «Las Administraciones educativas, de acuerdo con la disposición transitoria primera del Real Decreto 1363/2007, de 24 de octubre, son las competentes para autorizar a impartir el bloque común en las condiciones a las que se refiere la presente Orden: a) Los centros públicos promovidos por los órganos competentes en materia de deportes o, en su caso, de formación deportiva de las Comunidades Autónomas...”. La EBE pidió autorización a Educación para poder impartir el bloque común en las formaciones de período transitorio y la Resolución de 27 de enero de 2012 del consejero de Educación, Cultura y Universidades les autorizó la formación presencial de acuerdo a la normativa anteriormente mencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;7. El gerente de la Fundación para el Deporte Balear presentó la solicitud de autorización para impartir las formaciones del bloque común en periodo transitorio en régimen semi presencial de acuerdo con la Resolución de 22 de julio, (registro de entrada en la Consejería de Educación, Cultura y Universidades núm. 62510/2013) en fecha 9 de octubre de 2013, adjuntando el proyecto formativo. Dejar constancia de que la Fundación para el Deporte Balear ya cuenta con autorización previa para impartir las enseñanzas deportivas en régimen presencial como es prescriptivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;8. Vista la solicitud expuesta en el punto anterior y revisado el proyecto formativo correspondiente, el Servicio de Enseñanzas de Régimen Especial emitió el 29 de noviembre de 2013 informe, no vinculante, y remitió todo el expediente al Departamento de Inspección educativa tal y como establece el artículo 6 de la Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;9. El Departamento de Inspección (DIE) revisó el expediente y emitió informe con fecha de 27 de enero de 2014. &amp;nbsp;Los comentarios del DIE han sido tenidos en cuenta en la redacción definitiva de la presente Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Normativa aplicable&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;1. La Ley Orgánica 8/2013, de 9 de diciembre, para la mejora de la calidad educativa (LOMCE).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;2. Real Decreto 1363/2007, de 24 de octubre, que establece la ordenación general de las enseñanzas deportivas de régimen especial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;3. Orden de la consejera de Educación y Cultura de 28 de julio de 2008 de regulación de las enseñanzas deportivas de régimen especial en las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;4. Orden EDU/3186/2010 que regula las formaciones en periodo transitorio con las modificaciones establecidas en la Orden EDU/581/2011, de 7 de marzo, que da a las administraciones educativas las competencias para autorizar a impartir el bloque común en periodo transitorio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;5. Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 11 de abril de 1997, de creación del Consorcio Escuela Balear del Deporte, (actualmente Fundación para el Deporte Balear).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;6. Resolución de la Consejera de Bienestar Social, competente en deportes (BOIB de 8 de agosto de 2002), que determina que la Escuela Balear del Deporte es el centro de la administración deportiva competente para impartir y autorizar la formación deportiva en período transitorio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;7. Decreto 2/2009, de 16 de enero, por el que se regulan las actividades de formación deportiva que imparten las federaciones deportivas en las Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;8. Resolución de 27 de enero de 2012 del consejero de Educación, Cultura y Universidades autorizando a la EBE a impartir el bloque común en las formaciones en período transitorio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;9. Resolución del director general de Planificación, Infraestructuras Educativas y Recursos Humanos de 22 de julio de 2013 (BOIB núm. 136, de 3 de octubre) que regula y organiza la oferta en régimen semi presencial de las enseñanzas deportivas, y del procedimiento de solicitud y autorización.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: left"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: left"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Primero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Autorizar a la Fundación para el Deporte Balear para impartir las formaciones del bloque común en periodo transitorio en régimen semi presencial siempre y cuando las formaciones cumplan con lo establecido en la Resolución de 22 de julio de 2013 (BOIB núm. 136, de 3 de octubre) que regula y organiza la oferta en régimen semi presencial de las enseñanzas deportivas y el procedimiento de autorización, y con lo establecido en otras normativas que sean de aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Segundo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Establecer que el currículo establecido en la normativa vigente de los diferentes niveles /ciclos, en la formación a desarrollar, el mínimo de horas presenciales de los diferentes módulos será:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
