    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Por el presente edicto, el cual se realiza también mediante anuncio en el tablón de edictos del Ayuntamiento, da acuerdo con le establecido en el artículo 11 del RD 320-1994, de 25 de febrero, y de acuerdo con lo previsto en los artículos 59.5), 59.6) y 61 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común, modificada por la Ley 4/1999, de 13 de enero, y atendiendo que han resultado infructuosos los intentos de notificación personal en los domicilios de los/las interesados/as, SE NOTIFICA: Que se ha iniciado procedimiento sancionador, de acuerdo con lo que establece el Reglamento del procedimiento sancionador en materia de tráfico, circulación de vehículos a motor y seguridad vial (RD 320/1994, de 25 de febrero) a las personas físicas o jurídicas denunciadas y que figuran en el anexo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;De conformidad con el artículo 74.d) de la Ley 18/2009, de 23 de noviembre, las personas interesadas disponen de un plazo de 20 días naturales, contados a partir del día siguiente de la publicación de este edicto, para presentar alegaciones y/o proponer los medios de prueba que consideren oportunos, con la advertencia de que si no los efectúan en el plazo que se indica, la denuncia será elevada a Propuesta de Resolución, que será resuelta por la Alcaldía en virtud de lo establecido en el art. 71.4) de la anteriormente citada Ley.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En caso de que los/las titulares de esta notificación no fuesen los autores de la infracción, y de acuerdo con lo que dispone el artículo 69 de la Ley 18/2009, de 23 de noviembre, por la cal es modifica el texto articulado de la Ley sobre tráfico, circulación de vehículos a motor y seguridad vial, aprobado por el RDL 339/1990, de 2 de marzo, deberán de comunicar los datos de identificación del conductor en el plazo de 20 días naturales, tal y como dispone el artículo 69.1.g) del mismo cuerpo legal, con la advertencia de que el incumplimiento da este deber podrá ser sancionado como falta muy grave con&amp;nbsp; la multa prevista en el artículo 67.2.a) de la Ley 18/2009, de 23 de noviembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Se podrá obtener el beneficio del pago de la multa con bonificación del 50% sobre la cantidad publicada, si se hace efectiva dentro de los 20 días naturales siguientes a contar desde el día siguiente al de la presente publicación. El abono anticipado con la reducción anteriormente indicada, excepto en los casos legalmente previstos (artículo 81.4), de la Ley 18/2009, de 23 de noviembre), implicará únicamente la renuncia a formular alegaciones y recursos, teniéndose por no presentados en caso de interponerse, y la finalización del procedimiento administrativo sin necesidad de dictar resolución expresa, en el mismo día que se efectúe el pago, quedando abierta la vía contensiosa-administrativa, (artículo 80 de la Ley 18/2009, de 23 de noviembre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;De conformidad con el artículo 21.n) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases de régimen local, al artículo 15.3) del reglamento del procedimiento sancionador en materia de tráfico, circulación de vehículos a motor y seguridad vial (RD 320/1994, de 25 de febrero) y el artículo 71.4) de la Ley 18/2009, de 23 de noviembre, el órgano competente para sancionar infracciones en materia de tráfico en vía urbana, es el Alcalde, así como se indica el órgano instructor. El plazo máximo para resolver y notificar la Resolución del expediente sancionador, es de doce meses contados desde la fecha de inicio del expediente hasta caída resolución, en otro caso el expediente caducará.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Lugares de pago:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El pago se puede llevar a cabo personalmente en la oficina de Recaudación de este Ayuntamiento, (Plaça des Mercat s/n), o bien, mediante transferencia a &lt;strong&gt;Caixa d&amp;apos;Estalvis de Balears “SA NOSTRA” número de cuenta 0487-2048-03-2000003361&lt;/strong&gt;, indicando el número de expediente que figura en la presente y la matricula del vehículo denunciado o nombre del/la interesado/a.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
