 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p class="western"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;0,40 puntos por cada banco de hormigón de 2100x600x450 mm (hasta 7 bancos). Puntuación máxima 2,80 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p class="western"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;0,25 puntos por cada banco de hormigón de 600x400x400 mm (hasta 16 bancos). Puntuación máxima 4 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p class="western"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;0,10 puntos por cada papelera (hasta 10 papeleras). Puntuación máxima 1 punto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ul&gt; 
&lt;p class="western"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;A2. Mejora en el plazo de ejecución. Hasta un máximo de 30 puntos.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se otorgaran los 30 puntos a aquellas ofertas que, de acuerdo con el “calendario de la licitación” establezca el pliego, rebajando el plazo de ejecución de las obras de tal manera que estas esten finalizadas el día 30 de abril de 2014.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Les ofertes que no ofrezcan una rebaja que permita finalizar en esta fecha, obtendrán 0 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;A3. Mejora en el precio. Hasta un máximo de 15 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se valorará de acuerdo con la siguiente fórmula:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;(bi/10) x 15&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;On bi és el porcentaje (en tanto por ciento) de baja sobre el precio de licitación que ofrezca la empresa “i”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;B. Criterios la ponderación de los cuales dependa de un juicio de valor:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;B1. Tematización del passeig. Hasta 20 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;Para la valoración de este criterio de adjudicación se habrá de presentar una memoria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% rgb(255, 255, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;técnica valorada. La tematización del passeig habrà de tratar sobre algunos de los temas relacionados con el municipio de Alaior y que trate sobre algunos de los temes siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p class="western"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Medioambiental&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p class="western"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Costumbres&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt;
