    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En relación con el incumplimiento de las obligación de pago de cargas urbanísticas y de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 59.4 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, según la redacción dada por la Ley 4/99, y al no poder practicarse la notificación personal a los propietarios, que más adelante se relacionan, del acuerdo de Junta de Gobierno Local de fecha 26 de septiembre de 2013, por medio del presente se comunica a los interesados lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;“&lt;em&gt;La Junta de Gobierno Local del Excmo. Ayuntamiento de Jerez de la Frontera, en sesión celebrada el día 26 de septiembre de 2013, al asunto urgente decimo del Orden del Día&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;, acordó:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;la aprobación&lt;/em&gt; de la liquidación de las cargas urbanísticas pendientes de pago dentro de la cuenta de liquidación provisional del proyecto de reparcelación de la U.E. 4.S.2 &amp;quot;San Jerónimo B&amp;quot;, y los criterios generales de fraccionamiento para la reclamación y cobro de los costes de urbanización a recaudar”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra el anterior acuerdo, que pone fin a la vía administrativa, podrá interponer los siguientes recursos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.-Reposición&lt;/strong&gt;: con carácter potestativo, ante este mismo órgano, en el plazo de un mes, a contar desde el día siguiente a su notificación. Se entenderá&amp;nbsp; desestimado si transcurre un mes desde su presentación sin notificarse su resolución (art. 116 y 117 de la Ley 30/1992, modificados por la Ley 4/1999).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.-Contencioso Administrativo&lt;/strong&gt;: en el plazo de dos meses, a contar desde el siguiente a su notificación, ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso-Administrativo de Jerez de la Frontera, según se desprende de lo dispuesto en los artículos 46 y 10 de la Ley 29/1.998, de 13 de julio. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En el caso de interponer Recurso de Reposición no podrá interponer Recurso Contencioso Administrativo hasta que aquel sea resuelto y siempre dentro de los plazos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;-2 meses. Desde la notificación de la resolución expresa del Recurso de Reposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;-6 meses. Si en el plazo de un mes desde la interposición del Recurso de Reposición no recibió notificación de su resolución expresa del mismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1-Cualquier otro que estime conveniente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En virtud del presente Acuerdo, así como del adoptado por la Junta de Gobierno Local el día 8 de junio de 2012, sobre atribución de la gestión directa del planeamiento en la U.E. 4.S.2 “San Jerónimo B” a la Empresa Municipal del Suelo de Jerez S.A;deberá usted manifestar la forma en que abonará el importe liquidado, optando entre las distintas posibilidades de pago que se le ofrecen en el presente acuerdo.
